We started with a pineapple sour mocktail- it was good but nothing to write home about. The good on the other hang was awesome. We did a bacon cheese burger- no complaints, a spicy burger with subs- made as ordered, and the brisket burger with a TON of subs- 100% made to order. All of the burgers were fabulous and came out within about 15 minutes. Our waitress came back to check on us but honestly everything was perfect and we didn't need much. I would come back the next time we are in town. I noticed they have an upstairs but didn't have a chance to check it out.

His wings were comped because of his long wait time.

He also said something about them being squeaky which is apparently a good thing but I don't know, I'm not fluent in Wisconsin dork language. Good pizza too. However, I do NOT recommend the lemonade. There was absolutely nothing on the menu for a vegetarian to eat besides an $18 salad or cheese curds. I went with them figuring I'd just eat later at home. Hubs ordered his favorite German meal, chicken with gravy and spaetzle. The gravy tastes like they opened a jar, the meat was anemic and he described it as floppy. Had barely any coating. You give them your credit card and get a plastic card that you dock into a reader on the wall and you pay by the ounce. You can sample as many beers as you want. You can have a full pour. You can choose which type of glassware you want it in. You can have a flight. I have beer, cider, and wine. They do have an outdoor patio and occasionally have live music. There are some snacks available for purchase. They also have a mead on tap. Plus a barrel, aged beer that you have to get at the bar and a couple of other wines at the bar.

When it came time to close the check, our server met me as I jumped off my stool. I don't know his name, but gave him a 25% tip. Wish he worked at my place! For the Dells, the price is very reasonable in my opinion. As we were leaving things were lighting up, and getting loud. I got the impression the kitchen was closing even though they say they are open late as the older guy was grumbling about only having two people working.
