View from the back deck overlooking the river walk area.

Went on a Monday night with a family of 8 and got right in. Sat on the back deck and had a great view. Food was good. Yummy drinks. No complaints. Beware it does close at 8pm.

We love this place. They have the absolute best nachos. I'm talking toppings scattered throughout the pile, not just in top. If the weather is nice, I highly recommend sitting on their outdoor deck. They have a beautiful view. From table service to bar service, staff has always been friendly and helpful.

They had a cider, so THAT's a plus! The table shared some apps, Duck Wontons and the obligatory Cheese Curds. Both were tasty. I ordered the Dill Pickle Grilled Cheese and it was just WONDERFUL! Unusual AND delicious!!! The service was good and the ambiance (on the covered deck with a bit of a breeze) was FANTASTIC. An enjoyable time was had.

Loved it all The waiter was extremely accommodating and modified some of our food when we explained we were halal. No issues at all! Beautiful outdoor seating overlooking the lake. We ate the nachos and switched the meat for shrimp. The salmon salad was amazing. My cousins ordered the cod fillet sandwich and it was scrumptious. The cheese curds with sauce are a must and the fries are the die for. 5 meals and two apps were around $100 so value is good.

Food was mediocre. Nothing impressive but it's okay. The SERVICE was the WORST part. It was so incredibly slow. It took 30 mins for drinks and 1 hour and 45 mins to get the food. Ambience was nice, it would look better during summer.

We had a family reunion in Wisconsin Dells, and all 17 of us went to the Riverwalk pub for dinner. They were very accommodating and got us all on the back outside patio. The decor was beautiful all wood very nicely done like a high-end cabin. The service was pretty slow, but they assigned one girl to our table of 17 and she had two other tables on the patio so she did a pretty good job for how many people she had to wait on we ordered the cheese curds and they were OK nothing to ride home about my wife and I Decided to share the blackened steak sandwich. It was the worst sandwich I think I've ever had the steak was grizzly and chewy. In fact I couldn't even eat it. My daughter had the taco salad which was really good, little different and by that I mean everything was chopped up so I ate half of hers. I rate the food one out of five the decor five out of five, Service three. If you're looking for a beautiful place to have a drink this is for you if you're looking for good food, I might think elsewhere.

Riverwalk Pub was an enjoyable experience for our whole family. Sat outside to see the water & boats. Server was friendly and food came out quickly. We did not experience any issues and enjoyed our view and meal.

We visited Memorial weekend Saturday 7:30pm and were seated immediately outside to watch the band in the Perfect spot. The lobby was beautiful too. We had a couple shots and dinner. We started with Stuffed Mushrooms that were sooo good. The 5 large mushrooms held together well and had Chorizo sausage and cheese with a crispy fried crust. I had the Hot chicken sandwich which was a whole chicken breast fried. It was hanging off the bun. I had the honey and hot sauce on the side. Hubby had a full rack of ribs and they were tender falling off the bones with a good bbq sauce. We paid our bill and went to their outdoor bar area and played Huge Connect four and listened to the great bad. They have live music all summer. It was a great night of good food, games and dancing. Then we walked back to our Hotel which was next door.

They have free Parking! In the heart of downtown Dells, there's a view of the river, the menu is more sophisticated than I expected - great! When in Wisconsin Cheese curds are always a must - it did not disappoint. I had the Cuban my son had the hangover burger both were fine but the shout out goes to the shaved prime rib sandwich with au jous. You get variety of sides your sandwiches. Nice place - just didn't blow me away - but nice enough

Cool place with a nice log cabin vibe, awesome views of the river, and pretty good food too. Definitely try the pretzel bites with their homemade herb butter. Wings are good too. They have Pepsi not coke if that means anything for your dining choices. Huge parking lot too, no searching for parking on the street with this place.

After a Google search of the area, we decided on this place. We were seated immediately outside on the patio overlooking the river. We ordered cheese curds as an appetizer, they were very good for entrees we both got the grilled cheese and pickles sandwiches, they were just ok too many pickles too little cheese. I feel the food is overpriced and just average. Not sure we would visit again if we were in the area with so many choices.

First time visiting the Dells and this place was located near the Dells Boat Tour entrance. We were a bit hesitant to eat here because of previous reviews, but we decided to give it a go anyways. Our server, Francisco, was great. He went out of his way to make this a nice visit for our party of 8. There was a kids' menu, which had plenty of choices for our 3 kids. My husband and I shared the Brat Burger with onion rings, house made chips and onion dip. It was delicious. The others in our party had the ribs, the Prime burger and the chicken wings. All were good with generous portions. We ate inside, but the outside patio looked like a good option as well, despite a previous negative post regarding the appearance of the patio furniture. Our food came out quickly, and I would recommend coming here to sit on the patio so you can enjoy the views from there while you dine.

Mediocre food at best. Cod was rubbery and not very good. Everything else was ok, but nothing special. Won't recommend going to food.

One of the coolest things about it is the several fish tanks throughout the restaurant... they were very well maintained, and we noticed quite a few people getting up to walk around and look at them. The location is also beautiful, surrounded by cabins, condos, villas, and scenic views, with a horse stable nearby and right along the water. We did wait a while to be greeted when we first arrived, but our waitress was friendly and warm once she got to us. We started with the fried pickle spears, Wisconsin cheese curds, and spicy spinach-artichoke dip. Unfortunately, none of the appetizers came out hot, they were more lukewarm, almost like they had been sitting for a bit. We asked for the spinach-artichoke dip to be warmed back up, but even after that, it still wasn't as hot as we would have liked. We also prefer the cheese in dips like that to be nice and melted, and the chips definitely tasted like they came straight from a bag. They weren't very fresh and were somewhat stale. I tried the piña colada, which was okay but not particularly flavorful. My partner had a Spotted Cow and my mom had a Cabernet, and neither had any complaints. Our entrées came out shortly after the appetizers, so we didn't have a long wait. Again, though, the food wasn't piping hot. That said, there were definitely some highlights. The steak was really good and well prepared. The sandwich was also very good.. we were just surprised the vegetables weren't already mixed into it, since we usually expect Italian beef to come with the peppers/onions incorporated. The prime rib was very good as well, and the shrimp was good and came with cocktail sauce. We personally would have preferred lemon and butter with the shrimp, but that's just a preference. The green beans were simple but good especially after a long day at the waterpark! Overall, we'd recommend Rivers Edge to someone looking for reasonably priced entrées in a relaxed, casual atmosphere. It seems like the sandwiches and broasted chicken may be some of their go-to/cash-cow items, while some of the other entrées may be a little more hit or miss. We were excited about the appetizer variety, but the biggest issue for us was definitely the temperature of the food. I'd strongly recommend that the kitchen focus on getting everything out genuinely hot rather than lukewarm. Despite that, the atmosphere and location are great, and it's a nice place to unwind after a busy day in the Dells. I'd give it 3.5/5 stars overall. I'm sure this place is even more beautiful in the fall/winter.

My server/bartender was attentive and very welcoming. A solid selection of taps, cans/bottles and your standard offering of booze. They do have a menu of different old fashioneds for those inclined. Their menu is your standard pub options-appetizers, pizza, wings, burgers, sandwiches, and fish on Fridays. I opted for one of their daily specials-steak sandwich. I opted for the upgrade for the side of fries that came with and selected the pickle chips. I am glad I did as they are some of the best I have tasted in quite sometime. Thinly sliced, they were perfectly fried with a thin batter that didn't hide the flavor of the pickle. The sandwich also hit the mark-tender steak nestled between a ciabatta bun. It was great. Highly recommend checking out Sauer's-a solid pub with some great food.

My spouse ordered the grilled cheese, which said on the menu it came with a choice of two cheeses. When he said which two cheeses he wanted, the waitress said that would be an extra charge. When he pointed to the menu, she said "she'd have to check". She never came back to tell us if he got two cheeses or not. We weren't given any utensils, so I had to get up and get my own from the hostess station. My burger had a very strong taste of livestock and barnyard. I also ordered an ice water which was almost undrinkable. At least invest in a faucet filter, guys. The homemade chips with garlic cream cheese were very good, though. At the end of the meal, the waitress brought our check, but then came and took it away from us because she forgot to add the beer my spouse ordered because their water had such a bad taste. Since she had already dropped the ball so many times, this could have been an opportunity to extend a gesture of good will and give it to him on the house, but alas. In addition, they have kind of a snotty little sign in the entrance demanding you wipe your feet as if you're a child, and they proudly display that they do not offer any service for their ample patio seating. Just not a great experience.
