The younger guy said yes, but we are out of the fish fry. No problem for us. We were served by the younger guy and he was friendly, attentive, and didn't treat us as second class as most of our group took water while I had a couple beers. It was pretty quiet when we arrived. We tried a couple apps, and a few different burgers and fried shrimp. Having read about the steak burger, we had high expectations but it fell a bit flat. Others mentioned a sauce, but there wasn't any in ours. The burger with bacon and jalapeño was a banger though! Onion rings and fries were excellent. The curds were good, but I've had better. When it came time to close the check, our server met me as I jumped off my stool. I don't know his name, but gave him a 25% tip. Wish he worked at my place! For the Dells, the price is very reasonable in my opinion. As we were leaving things were lighting up, and getting loud. I got the impression the kitchen was closing even though they say they are open late as the older guy was grumbling about only having two people working. As an owner of a cocktail bar I get that things happen, but I don't like my employees getting upset about it. The younger guy kept his cool - even if he was hoping for more. They even let my friend substitute the fries in the monkey fries for tater tots so that she could still enjoy the item. Our burgers were so juicy and great too. If you order off the upstairs menu, it will likely come later than anything ordered downstairs, so be patient. :) We were there at a bit after 5 on Valentine's Day and pretty much had our pick of places to sit. About 30 minutes later, a huge group of at least 20 came in and took up several tables. The server had a lot on his hands, but was still really nice about answering questions and bringing us beverages.

Yes, the stage was set for pure mayhem. Regardless, Anne handled us with poise, confidence, and utmost regard. The beer was crazy cold, the food was fantastic, and Anne kicked ass. After we got a alcoholic beverage and a coke with lemon, and water with lemon, she comes back with drinks , no lemon. At that point we said forget it. Then after 20 minutes of her not coming back, I had to go up AGAIN just to find out she was sitting there talking to her coworker . I wouldn't have been mad if that was all but also on this sandwich, they forgot the tomato and lettuce and the sauce that goes on it. Come to find out they put the sauce in between the two patties and it's a very small amount so you couldn't even taste it . The other burger was also wrong because they didn't put cheese or the right bun on it. Very disappointed for the price of the food y'all charge. Portions and quality is unacceptable. Service is ridiculous. Customers please be aware. You'll probably have to sit at the bar just for good service because that's were the attention was since that's where they stayed posted. You guys need to do more than just "relay the message to staff" you need to fix the broken service. Also she didn't check on the table the whole time after that and I had to go up there again for the check. Took so long to come get it, I payed thru the dumb QR code and left.
