We did a bacon cheese burger- no complaints, a spicy burger with subs- made as ordered, and the brisket burger with a TON of subs- 100% made to order. All of the burgers were fabulous and came out within about 15 minutes. Our waitress came back to check on us but honestly everything was perfect and we didn't need much. We tried a couple apps, and a few different burgers and fried shrimp. Having read about the steak burger, we had high expectations but it fell a bit flat. Others mentioned a sauce, but there wasn't any in ours. The burger with bacon and jalapeño was a banger though! Onion rings and fries were excellent. The curds were good, but I've had better. When it came time to close the check, our server met me as I jumped off my stool. I don't know his name, but gave him a 25% tip. Wish he worked at my place! For the Dells, the price is very reasonable in my opinion. As we were leaving things were lighting up, and getting loud. I got the impression the kitchen was closing even though they say they are open late as the older guy was grumbling about only having two people working. They even let my friend substitute the fries in the monkey fries for tater tots so that she could still enjoy the item. Our burgers were so juicy and great too. You guys need to do more than just "relay the message to staff" you need to fix the broken service.
