There was an elder gentleman right across the street sitting on his porch with two dogs that greet folks coming and going. Walking in, we exchanged "hellos" with a gentleman that was leaving and he was very friendly and gave us a laugh. Going in, you could tell there were regulars straddles up to the bar and having a good time. Both bartenders that day we very personable without going over the top or acting like they couldn't be bothered. Basically treated you like they've known you for ever. Food was typical bar food. Not too bad if you like that sort of stuff. We would go back.

Josh was easy to work with and again very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and we were able to complete the sale right over the phone, which was VERY convenient! I'm looking forward to the delivery of our new GE washer and dryer in just a couple of days. I'd definitely recommend stopping in to Brothers Main and ask for Josh Klak if you're looking for new appliances.

We purchased a new washer and dryer set with the extended warranty. Sixteen months after the…read morepurchase the washer quit working so we contacted the warranty company. For next four weeks we have been getting bounced back and forth between the warranty company and Brothers Main. First our claim could not be processed because Brothers Main filled out the serial number of our washer incorrectly and we got no help from Brother Main resolving the error. Then for several weeks Brothers Main did not respond to the warranty company's requests for additional information. Apparently, there is only one person who addressed warranty issues and if she is out, which she is quite often, no one else is available to address these claims. Additionally, promises to return calls or emails did not happen and when we brought this to the attention of other individuals from Brothers Main we were called rude and hung up on. The process has been a nightmare, Brothers Main does not back up their sales nor do they attempt in any way to resolve issues. They do not take responsibility for their actions and readily pass the blame on to associates of Brothers Main or employees who are not available. I will not purchase anything else from Brothers Main they cannot be trusted.
