The fish tacos are one of the best I ever had. Simple but savory, seasoned with delicious Mexican spices and flavors, fish very tender, tortillas I can tell were fresh. They have a red salsa that is absolutely delicious with good balance of spice. Servers very friendly and were patient with me when I try to converse with them in Spanish. I went for Lab work and I was so hungry, I asked for the fish soup, it was a good size but was cooked with old vegetables I ate most of the soup and two pcs. A bit further out of the city but worth visiting if you have time. Our server was patient with us when ordering food but the service was kinda slow. They had a large menu compared to most of local seafood restaurants we've visited. We ordered shrimp cocktail ($11) that came with small soup. Shrimp tasted fresh and avacado was creamy. The burger was full of flavors and the shampoos were nice addition - I would definitely get this again for just $10. The burger also came with fries and a complementary soup. The seafood rice dish ($15- came with scallop, shrimps, crab, octopus and clam) was nothing to rave about - it lacked flavors but at least they didn't skimp on seafood. They had a parking lot and a enclosed patio. Lunch time and afternoon are usually busy. Traffic dies down after 6pm usually. read more

Tiny Mexican seafood spot on the corner of a shopping center off Mesa. Never heard or seen it before and was suggested. Great spot... Very small so limited seating. 3 breaded fish tacos on corn tortillas. I'm not sure what fish is used, probably cod or tilapia. The breading was seasoned good, no need to add salt. Served with a small serving of chipotle mayo. Ask for another because its not enough and it is so tasty. Nice smokiness and a mild heat that anyone can handle. They also give you chips and two types of salsa and have 5 types of bottle hot sauces. Washed it down with house made horchata. no powdered mix here. So we went Saturday evening for drinks and food as I was waiting on my date in the patio I saw the chairs, tables and celling fans were pretty dirty, the main waitterss was agitated or my date arrives orders her drink were looking through the menu we ask a server how long it would take for the sample platter would take to get outshe said 15 to 20 minutes we said ok will take it 20 minutes later the main waitress came out and said you want the Platt? It came with clam chowder... but there were no clams Hubs had the shrimp enchiladas & fish soup and they were alright. I didn't have a desire to finish 1 enchilada though. The capirotada was awful it was soaked (runny soaking- not in a good way), lacked the cheese, and was texturally appalling . I was so disappointed. Decor will not win awards, but it's a cute little spot. Looks family owned. Service was fast and courteous. I tried the shrimp al pastor tacos. They were delicious! The shrimp were plump and had that pop when you bite into them. Flavor was spot on. Jumped to the tacos - the caldo de pescado was a red fish soup and a good start. I am in El Paso this week for business. One of my colleagues wanted seafood so we tried Los Cabos. They have seafood and Mexican food. We went on a Tuesday evening around 7:30. We were the only ones eating. I had the whole fried red snapper. You can get it grilled as well. The fish tasted great and came with rice, salad and either mashed potatoes or french fries. The dining room is basic and plain. No frills but the service was fast and friendly. The selection of soft drinks is limited but they had my Diet Coke in the fountain. They checked on us several times through dinner without being bothersome. After we were done they did not try rush us out. That may have been because we were the only ones there. LOL. After we paid, I asked for a to go drink and got a huge to go cup. I would go back and next time try something off the Mexican menu. read more
