The fish n chips is good. Their tartar sauce stood out more than the fish did. The fried bass was good. Definitely on the drier side and you may need some sort of sauce with it. The fish soup that came with the platters was good. This is a ma and pa shop vibe. cute and small. The service was friendly. We enjoyed our lent Friday dinner. Thank you.

This was our first time at this place, and we were happy with it. There was some thing for everybody. The service was nice, a small, cozy place with a patio, although it was too hot to sit outside. The main dishes were all delicious. We sampled each other's plates and were really happy. They offer a small fish soup Before the meal and although it was tasty, it was extremely salty for my taste but I don't eat out much and don't use much salt at home. The service was very kind and friendly. It was $75 total for the four of us with two drinks, and an appetizer.

A bit further out of the city but worth visiting if you have time. Our server was patient with us when ordering food but the service was kinda slow. They had a large menu compared to most of local seafood restaurants we've visited. We ordered shrimp cocktail ($11) that came with small soup. Shrimp tasted fresh and avacado was creamy. The burger was full of flavors and the shampoos were nice addition - I would definitely get this again for just $10. The burger also came with fries and a complementary soup. The seafood rice dish ($15- came with scallop, shrimps, crab, octopus and clam) was nothing to rave about - it lacked flavors but at least they didn't skimp on seafood. They had a parking lot and a enclosed patio. Lunch time and afternoon are usually busy. Traffic dies down after 6pm usually.

Tiny Mexican seafood spot on the corner of a shopping center off Mesa. Never heard or seen it before and was suggested. Great spot... Very small so limited seating. 3 breaded fish tacos on corn tortillas. I'm not sure what fish is used, probably cod or tilapia. The breading was seasoned good, no need to add salt. Served with a small serving of chipotle mayo. Ask for another because its not enough and it is so tasty. Nice smokiness and a mild heat that anyone can handle. They also give you chips and two types of salsa and have 5 types of bottle hot sauces. Washed it down with house made horchata. no powdered mix here. Tacos were crispy, full of flavor and good portion size for a big man like me.

Normally, I would subtract one star because they forgot my soups. They gave me so many crackers but no soup?! But the food was so good I forgive you! Other than that, everything was flavorful and perfect. The fried fish was great! I think it's tilapia which is hard to mess up on. I didn't know Aguachiles meant "green devil in a bowl!" That $#!% WAS SPICY! It was really good with the green sauce but I was sweating like a sinner in church! The burger was not as spicy but there was a kick to it! The shrimp complimented the burger and it came with crinkly fries as well. Medium rare and ginormous patty was delicious. Last but not least, I got a dozen raw oysters! They did not disappoint. I would order here again, despite them forgetting my soups that came with the burger and fish platter.

I ordered a fish soup & fish ceviche. My fish soup had good flavor but later realized there was a hair in the soup. My ceviche had good flavor but there was very little fish, more tomatoes, onions, and cucumber.

Everything we had was very good. The menu is small ( a good thing). We didn't take pictures of the chowder or the oysters because they were in our bellies before we knew it. The beer was cold, restrooms clean, and staff attentive. We will return for round 2

Had the chance to visit during their soft opening this past weekend with one of my friends who…read moreloves oysters just as much as me, and we both agreed that it is super refreshing to see an establishment like this come to town. Adjacent to the The Tiki Room, Pearl Divers features a rotating list of oysters from different regions at $3 a pop. We had the chance to try all three oysters that they were featuring for the day and we really enjoyed the palette. The oysters featured might've been limited but they had a major punch to them with flavor. My favorite were the ones that were a bit more briny, truly small but mighty. Your oysters are brought out with the traditional crackers, hot sauce, mignonette sauce, horseradish, and lemons. It was nice for them to all folks the chance to order in any quantity as I'm sure a few folks might be trying oysters for the very first time in a landlocked city. The had a finessed menu featuring carpaccio, tartare, and about ten to fifteen dishes encompassing appetizers to main entrees. We had ordered the carpaccio but it never came out (no biggie, again it was soft opening so we came in with an open mind). Since we got there a bit later in the day, they were out of frites and I am a loyal fan of oysters, frites, and bubbles (wine at the minimum). This just means we'll have to be back. What was most important to me though was the service and how friendly the staff was. We opted to sit at the bar (as one should at an Oyster bar) and be as close to the oyster display as possible. I used to live in New Orleans for a few years so sometimes when it's busier and you're chatting away they'll shuck an extra one to you every so often to try. I'm pretty stoked to see the dining scene continuously elevating and Pearl Divers is a nice rendition. I'll be certain to come back and can't wait to see what a five-star experience is out of their soft opening phase. *** If there is one piece of feedback I'd provide is to have smaller spoons for the mignonette and forks for the oysters. The current sizes are a bit too large and can easily ruin the integrity of the oyster when making sure it's been properly separated and not intact, as well as, not being able to have the right ratio of mignonette sauce for each oyster. The spoon was constantly hitting the mouth of the condiment cup.

The ambiance is elegant and comfortable without feeling formal, making it perfect for a business lunch, a date night, or a relaxed dinner where the food actually matters. Service is attentive and professional without hovering. You can tell the staff is well trained and takes pride in the experience they're providing. The portions are generous, the presentation is thoughtful, and the flavors are exceptional. The sauces are truly the standout. Rich, balanced, and clearly made with care. The Caesar salad is excellent and often overlooked, but it deserves credit. Dessert is not an afterthought here and is absolutely worth ordering. Yes, it's a bit on the pricier side, but it's worth it. You leave feeling like the quality, service, and overall experience matched what you paid. I'm genuinely glad they reopened.
