Food was very bland and very expensive. Paid $30+ for a chicken enchilada combo, 4 very bland beef taquito combo and 2 cups of water. So disappointing. I was almost hoping to find a hair in my food just so I could ask for a refund. It's definitely safe to say that I won't be coming back. The funniest thing about this is that they were playing what sounded like 70's easy listening american music. Oh, and directly behind me was an old white couple. So I got to listen to the man constantly yelling at the lady. The End! Wait. I will say that I've been to the Sunset and North Hollywood Los Burritos locations. They taste so much better. Los Burritos I don't really leave reviews but this time I had to, and let me tell you, my recent meal there was super delicious. Me and my girlfriend ordered the Chicken Tostada and the Chicken Plate. The Chicken Tostada was a burst of flavors with the crispy tortilla shell, juicy chicken, and fresh toppings. It was surprisingly filling, leaving us satisfied and impressed with the portion size for the price. The Charbroiled Chicken Plate was equally delightful. The grilled chicken was cooked just right and paired well with the veggies and rice and beans. I left the restaurant reminding me of the home cooked meals my mom would cook for me. Im so disappointed! This was my go-to place for quick but delicious Mexican food. When i called to place my order this afternoon, the person taking the order didnt seem very knowledgeable about Mexican food. When i arrived i noticed that there was a new owner. Turns out he was the one who took my order. Not only did he get my order wrong but the quality of the carnitas in the burrito i ordered was different and not in a good way. We picked up lunch, we bought two tacos de asada (@ $3.95/each and one asada burrito (@ $12.20/each) totaling $22.01. The taco meat was minced meat not chopped asada meat and the asada burrito was a bean burrito with hardly any meat in it (the little meat there was was minced). Well I have Been going To Los Burrito's for over 40 Years mainly in Hollywood. And currently I have a Los Burrito's here by my House in Sunland Their Hard Shell Beef Tacos Are Amazing & The Burritos Are Massive . I just really wish the prices reflected Fast Food ! It's not exactly a real Mexican Restaurant. 2 Tacos and 1 Burrito cost me over $17.00. That is a little to much But I will always keep going to Los Burrito's when I need a great Fast Food Mexican Taco & Burrito Absolutely Friendly Service I will give it 3 Stars If the prices were just a little lower ! 4 Stars For Sure Parking is Easy Fast Service with a Smile I do recommend Los Burrito's read more

This place is smaller than other Los Burritos that we have been to, but the food tastes just as great. Sitting area had several booths. Clean. We ordered to go. She packed up our food very nicely. We have gotten a burrito here and there but tonight got many different items for takeout. The restaurant is VERY clean, and the employee working was incredibly attentive and polite. He made sure to check my to-go order one by one to make sure everything was there. What customer service! The salsas at the salsa bar were fresh and delicious. All the food was wonderful, reminded me of taco locations in the 80s, where portions were big and the price tag is reasonable. My beef taco was full of meat, and overflowing with cheese. The food here is very authentic Mexican food. We have been coming here for many years!!! We love the one in Sunland-Tujunga as Richard works there. He is the cashier and server. He is friendly and courteous!!! He works really hard at his job!!! He is amazing at what he does!!! The cooks create delicious meals for you that are reasonable!!! The ambiance is relaxed and casual. The owner is friendly as well!!! We have also eaten at the one near Kaiser Sunset. It is different but has great Mexican food as well. Not sure what happened to this place. Have eaten there since first located by Love's BBQ. Haven't been here in a while but definitely noticed price increase. That's understandable and acceptable with the craziness going on. It's when the portions shrink along with that not good. The bean and where's the cheese burrito has shrunk considerably. You can tell by the tortilla folded twice on bottom to take up the slack. Literally needed a steak knife to cut through it. Typical of new or different ownership/management. You might be a redneck if you think this is good and authentic Mexican food. Thanks Jeff Foxworthy. Last night was my first time eating from here. My gf said her and her family use to eat here in the past, but she said they stopped eating here because it was bland and nothing special. After last night I completely understand with what she said and agree. Let's start... I walk into Los Burritos and I'm immediately greeted by two younger employees (maybe family members). I go to the counter and they ask what I would like. I ordered one machaca burrito combo (with rice and beans), one bean and cheese burrito combo, one carnitas burrito combo, 2 sides of guacamole, and ask about their menudo. "Is your Menudo red and come with hominy?" "Yes." "Is is good?" "Yes." "Really?" "Yes" "I'll have a large order of menudo too." "We are out of menudo" Couldn't have prefaced your answers with that? Disappointing. All this cost just over $40. They asked me if I would like salsa and I said yes I would like salsa verde. They proceed to give me a few small containers to fill the salsa myself. I don't have a problem doing myself, but it was strange that they keep the salsa containers behind the counter. I get the salsa and wait for my food. A few minutes pass and they say my order is ready. I go back to the counter and they go over my order. Everything was ok until they said carne asada burrito instead of a carnitas? Damn you! Ok, that was specifically my food. The person behind the counter gulped, when I said I didn't order that; I ordered a carnitas burrito. I said ok, I'll take the carne asada burrito. I leave and head home. Getting to the food, the carne asada was horrible. I read someone else's review where they thought it was ground beef and I wondered the same thing for a minute. I quickly came to the conclusion that it was a mechanically tenderized piece of meat, picture a country fried steak prior to being breaded. Wth? Felt cheap and tasted cheap too. The seasoning was lacking and it was very bland. The rice was very white washed (wasn't red at all) and lacked flavor. The beans were good, but what do you have to do to screw those up? The guacamole was alright, I felt it need a little salt (it was flat) and some cilantro. The salsa verde was good. It was slightly spicy and a bit garlicy. It made the rice tolerable. The machaca tasted like overly boiled meat that was boiled with green bell peppers and onions. The texture and flavor weren't good, but the food was edible. To me this is another Sunland-Tujunga eatery that is overrated by at least a star. I could see people giving it three stars, but by no means is it 4 star. Considering the food, the price, and the service, I can't give more than 2 stars. Even if the service was great, I feel it would still be 2 star. read more

So good. It isn't a traditional Mexican restaurant. They don't have dim lighting and tons of seating. It's a smaller, place with booths, meant to satisfy someone eating on the go, BUT the quality of the food is good. They're ideal for take out and they are especially good if you are craving Mexican but want to save money and don't want to have to pay restaurant prices. But compared to other Mexican restaurants of similar make up, their quality of food is PROFOUNDLY higher. Note, they have the best refried beans I've ever had. read more
