The refried beans were very flavorful and I'm not one to eat the rice at Mexican restaurants because a lot of times the rice is not fulling cooked and/or bland. The rice here is perfect and I love it. It's fluffy, flavorful, and excellent when covered in queso. Our next visit, my wife got the same entree, but I got the chili rellenos with shredded chicken. First off, the peppers were large and tasty. They had a little bite, but they did have way too many seeds. They really needed to be de-seeded before cooking.
