Looked for a dine in place instead of burgers and came in here, huge selection of items on the board. Chile Relleno plate and chimichanga with shredded beef. This place F***s, good stuff on the Chile and chimi. Sauce wasn't to strong and coated my food well. The green salsa was good and the guac also. Pretty empty on a Saturday. If you go make sure you ask for the horchata since they make it their, I didn't see it and took coke instead. Shout to the guy who helped us, very friendly and helpful. read more

Food is horrible, service was ok, the female manager has a horrible attitude, refills are $3. The other Alazanes in victorville has free refills. Basically the service was horrible and so was the food. read more

I decided to give Los Alazanes Mexican Food a try today, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a long time. From the moment I bit into the food, I could tell something wasn't right. The chicken had both the smell and taste of fish, which makes me think they don't bother to change out their grease. Absolutely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the place has a strict "no refunds whatsoever" policy, which tells me they already know customers won't be happy. When I walked in, the restaurant was practically empty -- now I understand why. I ordered carne asada fries, and they were a complete disappointment. No beans (which are supposed to come with it), the fries tasted old and hard, and the carne asada itself was fatty and chewy. For a meal that cost me $73, I left feeling completely ripped off. As a 40-year-old woman who has eaten at plenty of Mexican restaurants over the years, I can confidently say this place is not worth the money, the time, or the disappointment. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. read more

I gave this a 2 star because the food tastes good. But you don't get what you paid for. If you order a carne asada burrito, they'll hand you a Tortilla with a couple pieces of asada in it. I'd literally take half the tortilla off the burrito, because there's so much tortilla and so little meat. This isn't all their locations that do this, It's just this one i notice. read more

Every time I've came to this restaurant they always give great service. I love that they're open until 2 AM. The workers are always very respectful and kind. I've never had an issue with their service. The food is always amazing and they're always willing to guarantee your satisfaction. If you do not like something about the food they served. I've done phone orders. I've dined in and I've also did takeout and every time the food is up to par. The food is always fresh. And their new habanero sauce is so good. There's salsa are made from hand. My personal favorites are the avocado salsa, and the habanero. Add a good amount of heat to your food. The prices are very good, especially for the size of the portions that you get. That burrito weighs over a pound easily. And the side fries are always loaded up to the top. Five stars all the way. read more

Very very disappointed. Tom's burgers nachos are actually nachos at a lower price and far more satisfying. These has no cheese, no jalapeño, just a whole lot of chips, meat, nothing I would describe as nachos. Never again. read more

They should not even have the title of Los Alazanes. The food here is absolutely disgusting. If you want Real Los Alazanes, go to either the Hwy 18 Apple Valley location or the 7th St Victorville location. If you are in phelan, do not eat here, it's garbage. If you are the manager reading this, you really should collaborate with those two locations I mentioned and figure out what you're doing wrong. read more

I've always enjoyed the burritos at Los Alazanes, and they've never let me down. This location is usually pretty quiet, which makes for a nice atmosphere. However, on a recent visit, I decided to try the shrimp cocktail due to the heat, and I was extremely disappointed. The cocktail tasted off--almost raunchy. When the server came by and asked how it was, we let him know it wasn't good, but he didn't offer to replace it or remove it from the table. It just sat there untouched. I'll stick to the burritos in the future, but this experience was a real letdown. Their agua Fresca are amazing. read more

One star is to good for this place. The outside landscaping is deplorable. The weeds and trash all over, definitely ruins the appetite. The interior isn't much better and food quality is terrible. Good food big portions. Everything is clean in restaurant and the staff was polite and quick.

Horrible they cant make food right for the life of them. I called and made a phone order the lady doesn't pay any attention on how you want your food. The food sucked and they need to clean out there ears out and start listening read more

So this is my second time here ever since they opened. The first time was a horrible experience for my family and myself. We went back today. I must say.... the way we were treated was better. Way better. But now the issue is actually a question??? In my photos you will see 2 Burritos... the one on. The right is a regular size burrito. The Burrito to the left... is supposed to be the Super Burrito.. There is no difference on the size. The only thing they did is put less meat. Less beans and less rice just to make the sour cream lettuce and pico do gallo fit. So honestly I paid more for less. Not worth it. I noticed it had very little meat when I bit into it. Any way. Be aware of the super burrito and the regular burrito. Same size. Nothing special. read more

I really should've read the reviews and that's on me so now I'm trying to help out the next guy. There were four of us and it was our first chance to eat since getting caught in the blizzard. We had very few options and when we realized this spot was open, the choice kind of made itself. We had our orders taken right away and that was the only thing that happened quickly. We beat a small rush of people by about ten minutes, and it still took over 40 minutes to get our food, while several customers that came after us were served. One of the employees took our chips to the table next to us, and they had just sat down, and that party took the chips, because she didn't bother to check what table the order was for. I tried to flag her down and tell her, and though she was only about 7 feet from me, I must've been wearing my invisibility cloak. Because when my burrito came out, she took it to their table too, and even though she made eye contact with me, and I told her that was my order, and even held up my hand when I heard her state my order to the table, she repeatedly offered them my party's food, and they were going to take that too! My husband finally got her attention and she dropped the food and ran. One of us got up for extra sauce. What a champion. Because it took forever. No one liked any of it. The beef was fishy, breakfast burrito was unseasoned and dry. One of the orders was wrong but who had time to wait for the replacement?! Make the boring tostada work. Overall, it seemed clean, and no one felt ill afterward. Bonus, after reading the other reviews! If they got it together, it's in a spot that could do well because there's not much else around. What an opportunity to be spectacular! read more

If u could give no stars I would.. I ordered made sure the cashier understood what I was saying. They sent it out cold well the beans and rice was she refused to heat it up! Then as I started eating there was no chicken in the enchilada, and one literally one piece of meat in the burrito. The plate was $11.00.. I ask for no lettuce on and thing no gauc. They remade my plate and sent it back in a to go box as to say leave & there's lettuce on here. They said no refunds! *update the burrito had so much water in it it forced to throw it away, but the did add more meat so if the meat was seasoned I might could have ate the meat out! I SEE WHY THEY HAVE A SIGN SAYING NO REFUNDS, THIS IS GARBAGE!!! I tried my best to eat it, I just couldn't read more

first time ordering from here and it was terrible I won't be back....The taco shells seemed old and chewy like they where fried days ago, the meat had no flavor and the taco was presented poorly the lettuce was outside of my tacos and cheese was stuck to the outside again ,not inside the taco at all. Waste of my time and money. McDonald's would have been a better buy truthfully. My stomach is aching I'm sure what to come next is not pretty... We are locals and stopped by this evening for a burrito, we ordered it with asada and I enjoyed it. For dessert we got cheesecake and it was bomb/fire. I was not impressed with Los Alazanes. I came out to Wrightwood to visit my dad for the weekend and he suggested that we get lunch and the new Mexican restaurant that recently opened. Since it was Saturday he ordered the menudo and he was not impressed. He had his option of corn or flour tortillas and he opted for the corn. When the menudo came out it was quite greasy and it was so unappetizing my dad didn't even finish half of it. I had the cheese enchilada and the chicken tostada. I wasn't impressed about those two items either. The cheese tasted cheap and artificial in the enchilada. The tostada was unmemorable as well. What was good was the tostada. It had a nice crunch and thickness to it. My husband had the beef tacos and those were probably the best thing any of us had ordered. Probably wouldn't come back to this place again even though the options are limited in this area. read more
