So one particular night I happened upon Roberta's chicken and fish fry and my belly lit up! Cute and quaint it sits immediately off the Euclid bound Ctrain's Kingston-throop stop on the right hand walk up. As I approached, Im usually greeted with smiles and I just couldn't resist. Boasting a few southern favorites, I ordered the fish sandwich. It came with a hearty portion which made me happy! I got tartar and hot sauce on the side to taste it without bias. Listen....this was a helluva good sandwich! The fish was light and crispy and cooled to perfection. The breading was seasoned amazingly well and the breading or fish ratio was outstanding; you got what you paid for and tasted the fish! If you are in bedstuy, give this chicken and fish fry a try! Hey! It's their grand opening!

Food showed up fast, packaged well, and still hot. Wings had a solid sauce, decent flavor, and a good portion size. Fries were loaded but took a hit from the steam. By the time they arrived, they leaned more soft than crispy. Burger was respectable, nothing offensive, but nothing you're going out of your way to chase either. This is where it lands: It's not a destination. It's a reliable fallback. If you're expecting a unique, local gem, you'll be disappointed. If you want late night, filling comfort food that gets the job done, you'll be satisfied. Biggest issue is transparency. Most people don't realize they're ordering from a ghost kitchen inside Dave and Buster's. Once you know that, everything makes a lot more sense. Final Verdict: Good for convenience. Not for experience. Rating: 3 out of 5

We knocked on the back door and asked if they were closed. The woman that answered said yes but wait one second. After a minute or so she came back out and said okay you can come in from the front. They opened just for us. Incredible Our server was incredible. Never experienced such great service. Truly a remarkable young woman. When she mentioned the fresh drinks they offer, we asked about them. She explained each drink and then asked if we wanted to try them. She came back with a tray with little cups of each drink for every single one of us. That was above and beyond. I felt taken care of. Food was always served with a smile. Extremely polite and very sweet. As for the food, fantastic. Authentic Mexican food. Me and my friends were all feeling tacos, so we went taco crazy. My favorite was the Tinga de pollo. Also their verde sauce is very good. You really can't go wrong with their tacos. Oh and the tamarindo is a must. Will definitely be coming back to try more of their menu.

There's tight parking behind the restaurant. I would reccomend parking in front of someone's home and pretend you live there. The location used to be Charlie's hot dog which I never had the chance to try. I ordered pork belly , there version of a bowl with Mac and cheese, a grilled asparagus, a slaw and short ribs. I also got their version of a bahn mi sandwich. My colleague ordered the doctor sandwich. Not too bad. All in all it was less than $35. I liked the protein on every entree. They were well seasoned and tender. The Mac and cheese was whack. It was runny and the pasta was over done. I would try maybe the rice or fries with your create your own bowl. I kinda wish a hipster place like this, they use more eco-friendly disposal ware. Credit card accepted. Clover hardware.

I never expected it to be that good, most likely because I've made it myself before and it came out mushy and horrible- but they were crunchy and amazing and the sauce on top was perfect. We ordered a bunch of items to try and the owner threw in some drinks on him because we were so excited to try different things off of the menu. We got the garlic soy wings which were delicious, the spicy fried chicken sandwich that had a sauce that was to die for. And the salad was so good too with crunchy Asian twist and chicken on top. The drinks had ginger in them which went perfect with the lemon. Overall a really great experience I am so happy we stopped. I still am drooling over the cauliflower!!!!

Also got the Baleada con huevo con chorizo, which is like a breakfast taco which consists of cream, cheese, egg, sausage and no beans. This was very heavy (huge) and tasty. The filling seemed to be mixed with some sort of spice but it wasn't spicy. Overall had a good experience and the prices were more than fair.
