Kaelen at the front desk is literally the sweetest--so welcoming, organized, and made everything feel super easy and stress-free the second I walked in. And Luis... amazing. He was so gentle, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable the whole time. He explained everything, checked on me, and honestly made the whole IV process feel relaxing (which I didn't even know was possible lol).
