Our heart is to support both healthy & ill patients. our bodies are bombarded with so many toxins, stresses and endocrine disruptors on a daily basis and most of the population is not even aware of where these insults stem from. our bodies are created to obtain energy & nutrients from the foods we eat, yet a lot of what we are exposed to is contaminated, highly processed or depleted of the essential nutrients we need. we’d like to teach you how different types of exposures can either fuel inflammation or bring nourishment & healing. now more than ever, education is key in how to make the right choices.
Our genetics & patterns of thinking can also greatly affect our health outcomes & every one of us is unique. we focus on your personal background & health goals to achieve optimal health together as a team. we will be your health coaches & guides throughout this wonderful journey of health & wellness!
Meet the Business Owner: Rose R.
Rose is a master’s prepared FNP with a background in pediatric critical care nursing, integrative primary care and pain management medicine. Clinically trained through the University of Miami and Florida Atlantic University, her passion for integrative medicine was sparked by her own health journey with autoimmune disease. Her thirst for knowledge quickly turned to action as she began attending the Institute of Functional Medicine, Age Management Medicine Group and University of Miami’s integrative medicine conferences where she was mentored and educated one-on-one at an advanced level. Her goal is to contribute nutritional expertise through her holistic and science-based approach to help clients reach optimal health and get to the root cause of illness. For enjoyment, she dances salsa, plays volleyball and leads worship at her local church in Brickell, Florida. It is her joy to partner with you to reach your health goals and see clear results in a smooth, affordable and effective way!
