The part that I do not like is their automated AI phone caller. It literally called me like 3x a day prior to my appt as well as daily after my facial and at some point I had to block the number it was annoying. They will try to sell a membership but I'm not sold by the experience unfortunately. I'm sure this is a great place for others but not for me, I just happen to live in the area.
