I understand that Tatiana is the proprietor but she should not allow her staff to walk in during appointments to ask questions and gather supplies. This is simply unprofessional and disruptive to my experience. Sadly, I no longer go to this Spa because it was getting much too frustrating for me to appreciate the experience. I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars because she really does do a good job. Just the lack of respect for the client is my issue.

Just want to clarify that before my appointment no evaluation was made of my skin and no questions were asked about my type of skin as well as I was not aware or informed of what she was even putting on my skin at the moment of the procedure. She said I had an infection on my skin because of pimple patches (it was just three mini pimples on the lower side of my face) and she proceeds to SPRAY salicylic acid on the area and ended up spraying on my chin where I had nothing wrong at, when she sprayed I literally SAW STARS but I stayed quiet because I assumed it was part of the procedure, when I got up my face was red and irritated but I thought it was because of the extractions, the next morning I notice my skin BURNT on my chin and where I used to have the three pimples, she told me to apply cortisone which I'm glad I went to a pharmacist about because they said that would only irritate the area more. In conclusion, do NOT come here they do not truly care about your skin and your best results they assume your skin is going to endure what they use on everybody else and don't truly realize people with sensitive skin exist. I only got my refund because I asked for it, if I wouldn't have asked for it I doubt they would've offered, won't be returning.

However, they tried to make it right and so far they have done a great job. Dr Nicolazzo is knowledgeable and professional but also very friendly and approachable. She explained a treatment plan for my skin issues and a time frame to see results. She always tracks my progress and shows me the results. I love to see the before and after pictures because it gives me a realistic view on my progress. I feel comfortable with her approach and have seen great results. She is doing a great job with my keloids and cesarian scar. They never looked better. She is slowly treating the areas without overdoing it. The staff at her Doral office is friendly and helpful. Everyone is always on top of everything and visiting this office in Doral is pleasant and effortless. No long waits. They even take care of your parking fare. She always makes sure to give me great tips for what I can do to maintain her service and is extremely transparent with the cost of service (and what I should prepare to spend on products should I need to splurge on it). She has never been pushy (like other facialists I have visited before) and she always makes sure that what I do to my skin works for the season/maintenance I'm doing at home (i.e. I wanted to do a peel for the summer but she advised me to wait till the winter season since the sun isn't as harsh & won't affect my healing process). From the moment you walk in everyone is extremely welcoming and warm. The receptionist & owner care about everyone that walks in as if they are doing your service too. They have tea and water which they offer their guests (I've even been offered snacks when they have them), socks to put on so you don't disrupt other guests getting treatments done & a relaxing waiting area (which I have never used since Gloria is ALWAYS on time for me). The price has never been expensive, whenever I go in I always think the service cost is going to be more. Cleanliness is extremely important to me, especially with the times that we currently live in with COVID, and the place is always spotless.
