After discovering functional medicine several years ago, I've always hoped to find a primary care…read moredoctor who truly integrates that preventive, holistic approach. I'm really glad I finally found that with Dr. Singh. This is the first time I've had a primary doctor who focuses on prevention and takes a comprehensive view of all aspects of my health. She genuinely takes the time to get to know me as a person and as a patient, rather than just a yearly visit. She dedicates as much time as needed--often scheduling multiple appointments to make sure everything is thoroughly covered--and she's always accessible for ongoing questions and support. Everyone in the office is kind, efficient, and very helpful. I'm very grateful to have found Dr. Singh and her team, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for thoughtful, personalized, and prevention-focused care. I look forward to continuing my care with Aspire Health.

I saw Dr Singh for several years, I was having countless symptoms and very scary health issues. Dr…read moreSingh is not a functional medicine Dr in my opinion. Once I went to a real functional medicine Dr they discovered what the cause of all of my health issues was in one visit. I really enjoyed seeing Dr Singh, unfortunately she prescribed me a new medication at every visit. Prozac, Wellbutrin, adderall, Xanax, etc. A functional medicine Dr does not polydrug their patient to mask their symptoms. Then came my 4 year long journey of withdrawal due to Dr Singh abruptly taking me off all the antidepressants she had me on. She has done this to 2 other people that I know personally, and they have suffered equally as much as me as a result. When I realized that I was in withdrawal, her only response to me was "want me to send you another prescription for Prozac?" I stayed off all the meds and finally made out of the withdrawal hell, battled severe withdrawal symptoms including depression, suicidal ideation, panic attacks and horrific akathisia just to share a few and I now feel strong and amazing and I am returning to warn others and perhaps educate the Dr herself of the damages that overprescribing can cause. I think Dr Singh has good intentions and I really loved the aspire health model. I suffered so much from the effects of her negligence that I would feel terrible not speaking out.

I came across Dr. G about 3 years ago while I still had my primary Dr. for about 10 years. I like…read morehow Dr. G took Intrest in my overall health not just the "standard stuff". I AM a huge advocate for self advocacy, Dr. G is the first medical professional whom I felt was on my side. The whole staff is full of kind, patient & knowledgeable nurse.

EDIT - Beware, this person is actively abusing Google's policies and having negative reviews removed. Do NOT go here. This provider displayed the most unprofessional conduct I have ever encountered. The overwhelmingly positive reviews for him do not seem authentic. He was absolutely the worst PCP I have ever seen. Some people project unresolved issues through "obtained" power, especially when they see someone in the same racial category as them -- Gerard is one of those people. From the start, he became defensive when I provided a written list of referral requests. I explained that it was just to streamline communication, not to replace discussion or overstep his protocols. Instead, he fixated on the list and immediately refused to submit all referrals "because of a piece of paper." He also inappropriately asked why I changed PCPs, which is private information I chose not to share. Despite this, he disrespected my boundaries and assumed my motives, saying I switched providers because I didn't get the referrals I wanted -- which was invasive, rude, and untrue. His outbursts were so concerning that I genuinely felt unsafe. The clinic no longer felt like a safe medical environment but more like a bad neighborhood you'd avoid. To clarify: I switched providers due to being repeatedly late, one was 3-4 hours late on the first visit, a bacterial infection was missed, and prescription errors. My final switch was due to issues with the staff, not the provider. Regardless, when I say "no," it should be respected. Boundaries should be honored. I explicitly stated I had a gastro appointment the next day but was not expecting same-day referrals. I just wanted to know if they could be processed in time. Despite clear communication, he became fixated on the list and refused all referrals, demanding I explain them verbally, even though I already provided clear notes. He seemed more interested in asserting control than providing care. One referral was a follow-up from my previous PCP, and the others were for chronic conditions that needed specialist attention, not just lab work. Initially, he agreed to refer me to an endocrinologist but then decided against it after reviewing my labs, ultrasounds, and bloodwork. He said there was no diagnosis to warrant an endocrinology referral, disregarding the ultrasound confirming thyroid enlargement from last year September and this past March. He claimed that seeing an endocrinologist would be a "waste of time" -- a statement I never made. He then became fixated on managing everything himself, expressing a strange desire to be the sole biller for the lab work. This raised concerns, and my credit card flagged the transaction. In the middle of the appointment, he stated "We are not going to work out" as if we were dating which was weird. He could not get over the fact that I brought in 3 written referral requests. It began to de-escalate and then it went back to him saying "We are not going to work out" because I still wanted to see an endocrinologist. It is my decision and my right. Also, I requested a refund of my copay. This whole encounter was insane. I started to believe this must be a prank. Despite everything, I kept my composure, avoiding eye contact and keeping responses minimal. There is a serious issue when a healthcare provider reacts with this level of hostility over something as innocuous as a written referral list. I will be reporting this to the Florida medical board and booking platforms for further investigation. Fortunately, I was able to get a new appointment the same day but I had to seek another PCP the following day due to the provider being out of network. The next day I went to Memorial Hospital with an appt for a new PCP who submitted labs and an open referral for a gastro in front of me without hesitation, back talk, I did not have to over-explain or convince her, and she did not question me, and listened thoroughly to me without me having to giving her my written referral requests. She was also not offended that I brought them with me. She did all of this in ONE visit. The problem was Gerard! He tried to obstruct my care and exert control, but his efforts were 100% unsuccessful. I strongly advise against seeking care from this provider. He created a very hostile environment from the start which is dangerous for anyone seeking care. The provider tried to have my review removed on Google but I will not allow anyone to experience this and will continue to share my experience.
