While she seemed pleasant I didn't like the fact that she showed me properties that were in questionable areas and appeared somewhat dilapidated. I also found it odd that she gave me the info of an inspector she was familiar with and had used in the past. I always prefer an outside independent home inspector so you can be assured they'll be more honest and transparent. In the end I don't recommend her because I felt she didn't work hard enough for me as a client. Buying your first home should be a good experience but it didn't turn out that way, and unfortunately I can't recommend this realtor. That's just my personal experience I thought I'd share.

So we decide to put in another offer for as much as the last time she told us there was a 2nd offer, coming up 50k dollars to meet it. She goes back and forth with my real estate agent and now says they have to go with the first offer even though they have no earnest money and contingent on selling there house. Mind you we have no contingency are pre-approved and will put 14k dollars earnest money and will close as soon as they want. Nancy still refuses the offer. She still is showing the house which makes me think there is no other offer. She is holding the property ransom and I am wondering if the seller even knows it. I have been told she only let's a certain type of people buy the house.
