I thought this would be an excellent match but things did not turn out the way we expected. Loris was very professional and she made sure that we visited multiple, nice homes. We made it all the way to the inspection stage on two of properties. Unfortunately there were items that were uncovered during the inspections that caused us to walk away. In one instance there were structural issues and in the second instance we found out that the school had a lower rating than we would have liked. I have heard that it was unusual to make it all the way to the inspection phase of the purchase and not buy the property - and that happened twice. I'm not sure if Loris felt as though we were a waste of her time or that we were not serious buyers. After the second home fell through we asked Loris to show us another home but said she was too busy to show us. We tried to reach out again after few days but Loris never answered any of our subsequent emails asking to see other homes.She never returned our phone call as well. Unfortunately I am unsure of the circumstances which caused the communication to stop, so I can only speculate. During the time that we worked with her, Loris was a true professional and we saw an assortment of homes. I really wish things would have worked out. But this story has a happy ending. We got a new agent and found the home we eventually bought and are currently living in, less than 3 weeks after our last communication with Loris.
