The TGC Condos are almost never repaired and as a result, many of the condos contain MOLD ( as you can see in the photo) which is in the cement foundations and throughout the units. The management company, and the Hampton Courts condo association, were both aware of PRE EXISTING, FOR YEARS, water issues in the ENTIRE BUILDING. ed initially attempted to hold me responsible. My entire carpet, bedroom and living room, must be pulled, due to feces, mold, and mildew. The condo has also tested positive for ASBESTOS, about the end of August. Since then, ed would not return calls, answer text, and when he would answer he'd state, " oh, I'm sorry, I was off today. I thought they had started the repairs." In the meantime, the tenant has been displaced, during the covid Era, and the condo association and management company, have refused to speak about compensation for displacement. ed has a hand picked restoration company, Rainbow Restoration (Mia Hanson), that has joined the fray, and lies, of Edward Oswald. My calls, text, and any communication with them has been documented and recorded. They'll continue to double, and triple, down on deception and lies, as the tenant's health, and well being, is being compromised. I'll watch, as I put this issue on the front page with local, state, and federal regulators. "It's not the crime. It's the coverup!" Zero stars!

She tried to push it on accounting and USPS and that simply is not the case. You can't receive a letter saying you are behind the increase fee when you didn't know there was an increase but no other correspondence in the mail. It's been 3 weeks since the call. I sent emails and they haven't been answered. Nobody will give me a straight answer. Don't go through them if you can help it. NO customer service. The owner is the same.

De Janette appeared to be equally annoyed and condescending in all her interactions. We were rushed through a large multi-unit building like cattle and spoken to like kindergarteners, De Janette couldn't complete a sentence without an eye roll or a snide remark. I think a better approach would be to assume all interested are professionals and should be treated as such unless proven otherwise. These are her peers, potential clients, connections and most importantly, customers. Hopefully this was an isolated experience, but with the vast number of agents in the Chicago area having at least the basic competency of being pleasant, I'd steer clear of Cummings.

In spite of fees steadily increasing, structural problems left unattended for long periods of time, can ultimately result in bodily injury. Things seem to get done if you are in the "Old Boy's" club. There seems to be an attitude of "not my job man" among the reception staff with little assistance to reach the proper people. Acknowledgement that the message was received would be the courteous thing to do.

Also, when you simply ask them basic questions, they completely ignore you. Pathetic! You people need a lawsuit to set you straight. Just look at the reviews on Yelp & Google..they speak for themselves!
