It was delicious. Now for the star of the night I got the garlic stuffed fillet. When I say it was outstanding, that is an understatement. The steak was perfectly done, and the Demi glaze was indescribable. The beefy flavor with a splash of burgundy (totally guessing) was incredible. The scallops were lightly crispy on the outside and done to perfection on the inside. Again not one complaint. While they bill themselves as being on the water, you really can't see the water from any seat in the house from what I observed, even if you're out on the deck, which is terribly uncomfortable in July. We actually were seated at possibly the worst table in the house. In a back corner behind the first floor bar next to a window that only showed you the backside of another building and a sliver of grass. The upstairs seating is truly undesirable because they've converted an area that wasn't meant to have tables in. It is super cramped up there and also everywhere on the first floor. The only place with a little bit of elbow room is the deck. You know a place is to cramped when the servers have to negotiate moving between tables to avoid patrons and other servers.

I thought it was a little fishy and could have used more seasoning, but it was perfect for him. I had the haddock sandwich, and it was delicious, exactly what a fish sandwich should be.
