From our table, I could actually see my chicken sandwich sitting in the service window for quite some time before it was finally brought out. When the food arrived, the sandwich, fries, and cheese were all cold. I politely asked for the meal to be remade and inquired whether it would take another 30 minutes. Our server said they would get it out quickly and explained that they were busy. However, looking around the dining room, there were only a handful of occupied tables and two servers working. Several nearby tables were simply having drinks, so it was difficult to understand the delay. What was most disappointing wasn't even the cold food--it was the lack of acknowledgment. A simple apology or some communication about the delay would have gone a long way toward improving the experience. I understand that servers aren't responsible for cooking the food, but they do pass the service window regularly. If food has been sitting under the heat lamps for several minutes waiting on other items, someone should be checking on it or having it remade before it reaches the customer. We were hoping to add this restaurant to our list of regular dining spots, but based on this visit, it unfortunately didn't make the cut.

The Ribeye steak was incredible and do t miss out on their pub fries! The bread was a treat all by itself. Clean, nicely staffed, accessible. Easy parking. You can't go wrong. It's worth a drive off the interstate. I will be going again soon. With my family. Even though the drive is two hours away, that's how good the food is. Thank you, Matthew, for making our dinner extraordinary as we were weary travelers and quite hungry! Although we arrived late, and close to closing time, Matthew agreed to see us, serve us, and made our dinner experience. Very pleasant. Great food, great environment, fair prices, and very nice staff. Five stars hands down .

Service is great, we have had the same male server the past two times we have been there. Not pictured is their key lime pie, which is my favorite in town! Crust is not too dense and the key lime is the perfect flavor of tarte and a little sweet. They have indoor seating in the dining room, bar seating and outdoor seating. I enjoy the outdoor seating the best when the weather is not too hot. Now that we have a baby the stroller fits better at the outdoor table. We come here every time we are in town and will always return.

Service - beginning with the bartenders to our server, we were provided prompt and attentive service. Food - I had the tagliatelle Ragout. The entree was served hot and pasta was cooked perfectly. The Wagu was plentiful, tender and very tasty. Overall - this is not your basic Italian cuisine. The menu is varied and offers many interesting options. Although the prices are a little higher than most (the appetizer menu is overpriced in my opinion and experience), the restaurant delivers a high quality experience

The only odd thing is that they were set for people to eat there and they didn't remove anything when we just ordered drinks. I had a cosmopolitan and it was just okay. Probably too much cranberry juice for my liking. I did like that it was served in a martini glass and not the new cocktail glasses that restaurants are using. The restaurant has numerous little rooms which I loved, because the noise level is down and it seems more intimate. Our server took drink orders while we looked at the menu. The menu has lots of appetizers which are extremely pricey. Our table agreed that because people eat appetizers as entrees they have now increased the prices to almost an entree price. We didn't order any. The server rattled off numerous specials, too many for us to remember. Specials on paper at the table would have been much better. I ordered the braised short rib tortellini. While waiting, they brought bread and also another plate of a zucchini appetizer and a cheese one. I didn't care for the zucchini but the other was good. My tortellini arrived looking great and it was hot. It tasted as good as it looked. I made the right choice. Service was ok, nothing special.
