While I'm originally from San Diego, I'm unfamiliar with the real estate market other than looking at properties on Zillow. While talking to a childhood friend, she recommended her realtor Erin and gave me her number. It felt too intrusive to call her personal cellphone so I decided to go to her website to learn more about her and ultimately decided to call the general number. Well, guess who answered?! lol Erin. I had to mute the phone shortly after she answered because I was awkwardly giggling to myself like a crazy person. I guess I just figured someone from her team would answer so it's funny I ended up talking to her anyway. We had a nice conversation. While I had many questions, she patiently answered them all. She offered locations to consider in my price range, townhomes and single family homes and places that don't charge an HOA. I thought HOA's were only on condo's, derp. Erin demonstrated to me that she's more interested in the relationship than the transaction and I respect that. We went ahead and scheduled an appointment at her office next week so she can help me with planning.

It was time for my mom to finally downsize to a home which would be more manageable; square footage to yard maintenance; for someone in their 80's. Therefore, I searched Yelp and after viewing the realtors on Yelp, Erin Wade stood out even before I read her reviews. I called Erin and set up a meet and greet with my mom and husband to discuss options for selling and buying a home in the area. From starting to finish, Erin was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress-free and successful for my mom who has never had to deal with selling and buying a home for over 30+ years. Erin is incredibly knowledgeable about the market, communication was always clear and timely, and she responded to all texts and/or emails in a timely matter even while out of town for family event. If it just so happened Erin was not available, she assigned someone from her team to cover in her absence. Erin made sure we were kept in the loop on any information about the property my mom was selling and the one she was purchasing. Erin really catered to my mom's needs and to my husband and my expectations during the process. Overall, Erin made us feel we were the only customer even though we know that is not true. We; my mom, husband and I, are grateful to have found Erin Wade and her team to help my mom sell her home and find her forever home. If you are looking for a great, reliable, friendly and knowledgeable Realtor. Erin Wade is that Realtor. I will definitely call Erin Wade when I am in the market to sell my home.

Serri was an absolutely exceptional real estate agent, and we can't recommend her and her partner…read moreGeorge highly enough. We hired Serri to sell our five-acre property with an exceptional panoramic view, our beloved home, and from the very first walkthrough she was extremely professional and thorough. She inspected every bit of the home and grounds and immediately knew how to position it to meet our specific goal: a quick sale, at a strong price, with no lingering on the market and no price reductions. A previous agent had pitched our home as a retirement property, which never sat right with us. Serri saw it exactly as we did, as a family home, and priced and marketed it accordingly. She brought in her own staging team, photographer, and videographer (including drone footage), and recommended a handful of relatively small, inexpensive updates, including a fresh paint job. The return on those modest changes was remarkable. They made a huge difference in how the home showed and clearly helped drive up buyer interest and the final sale price. Serri and George held a single open house that brought in over 100 visitors, and within 48 hours we had two offers above our asking price, from a family with young children and another who was ready to start one. Both could clearly picture themselves living there. Serri and George managed every step of the process with great care and skill. We were also in the middle of an international move at the time, which made everything more stressful, and Serri and George took every worry off our plate. Whether you're buying, selling, or just need solid advice, Serri and George are fantastic, and we recommend them without hesitation.

Despite this, Robyn Goodkind (virtually) took us through, in immaculate detail, each of the homes that we were interested, as well as proposed lovely options tailored to our family's budget, wants, and needs. Each house she toured with us she set out pros and cons of cost-to-value, location, and any architectural nuances. She was more than open to discussion and feedback given some of the unorthodox interests and pets we have. She helped us pursue some houses that she advised caution against, and when it didn't work out, where "I told you so" would have been apropos, she was ever graceful and helped us to pivot and rebound quickly! Ultimately, the house that she recommended highest was the one we decided upon; however, once the paperwork was signed (remotely), when most folks cut ties and run, she was just getting started. She went through great lengths after closing to ensure that the house was move-in-ready. Now, having unpacked and settled for a short while, we are ready to take on our next chapter, and we owe it, sincerely, to Robyn. Thank you Robyn!! ( o o )

Being a military veteran, Todd displayed the characteristics of a soldier. Todd was persevering, hardworking, focused, motivated, professional, and honest. We are moving back to the North County area from the East Coast and had a very limited window to see houses in person. Ahead of our visit, Holly did a great job listening to what we wanted, providing options for us to review, and gathering feedback to distill the market down to houses that fit all of our parameters. During our house hunting trip, Holly tirelessly showed us house after house, including several day-of additions, to ensure that we had a solid understanding of the market. During this time, Holly did a great job of sticking to our original vision while adapting to our feedback as we started to better understand the market. Through this process, we felt we able to make an informed decision despite only having a few days in the area. On the last day, we found a home that was the right combination of all the things we wanted and needed for this next chapter of our lives. With a clear first choice, Holly fought hard to ensure that we were able to secure a winning offer. With her help and guidance we got the offer accepted just as we were getting ready to leave California at the end of our house-hunting trip! Getting that offer accepted was a huge victory, but Holly's effort and value did not stop there. Through every step of the the escrow process, Holly continued to advise us and fight for the best deal. This effort saved us a lot of money and made us feel confident that we truly walked away with the best price the market would allow. Even after closing Holly has continued to be a vital asset as we transition back to California. By conducting walk throughs and working with the selling agent to ensure that the property is ready for move in, Holly has once again shown that she is committed to ensuring that our best interests are represented through every aspect of the real estate buying experience. In addition to all of these wonderful qualities, working with Holly was fun!
