Great dentist who makes sure I am always comfortable. The hygienist are also gentle and take their time to do an excellent exam!

I scheduled an appointment as a new patient a month in advance. I showed up today , early , only to find out that there is no record in their system. I showed them my confirmation email yet all I was told is we can schedule next week. No one said they'll look into the clear issue with the system.... No nothing. Apologies are great but I wasted a day off and my time. You would think there would some sort credit or Anything to help me feel good about wasting my morning. I'm scheduled next week. Ok Dr Lori and her crew are the BEST! I'm 63 years old and have NEVER had the fantastic, NO PAIN, and I mean NO PAIN ever from a Dentist. As a child I even bit a Dentist because he didn't believe me he was hurting me while working on me. Beliebe me I'm not a biter at all. Dr Lori has filed cavities and several crowns I have put off years getting due to pain. She is the best. Dr Lori has been voted the best Dentist time and again...very much deserved. read more

Horrible customer service. Incompetent front office staff. I went there because I needed minor work done which was to be paid for as part of an insurance claim. I asked while in the office and on at least 3 separate phone calls to have the estimated charges itemized, so I could send that information to the insurance company. They never did what was requested. The automated reminders and postcards keep coming. The latest one said "we haven't heard from you in a while, should we be concerned?" Dr Logan, in answer to your question, yes you should be very concerned. read more

I've had some problems with the front office as one women is new. Dr. Logan cares enough about her patients to contact them if they have had a bad experience and right the wrong. She is a very good dentist. I'm comfortable here. read more

I tried this place because it is close to my home I was also told that they were in network but are not. . I did have to pay out of network rate. I went In for a cleaning and I felt they were overly nice . Which made me uncomfortable .I felt like I was spoken to like I am a child. Any way i was told that I had needed 2 fillings which I thought was odd. So I later went back to my normal dentist to confirm about the 2 filings and I was told that No I do not need any fillings. They are not in network with Delta Dental so don't be fooled when they tell you they are. I was told the took Delta Dental and then had to pay $428 for a cleaning before I left their office when I have full dentist coverage. I was told they file with insurance and I would be reimbursed. That was wrong! Insurance told me they were out of network and should have told me that before I even had my cleaning. Instead they did every type of possible xray for my first cleaning so they could use codes they know insurance companies wont cover. They are working around insurance companies to get more money out of their patients. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!!!! I have told everyone about this place and the scam they are running. It is really sad a small private dentist office (and an AGGIE!!!) would do this to people. Not a true Aggie one bit. read more

My first visit to Dr. Logan's office was about a year and a half ago , my first impression was that it's friendly and so professional . That was the start that I was looking for . Over the months of my visits it became very clear that my judgements were right ... All of the staff .. From Lauren to Susie, Michelle to Marlen and Natalie .. And of course Dr. Lori . I am concerned with the high prices. Multiple times they have quoted us a price and then send a bill because the insurance paid a lower amount. The bill didn't even have the reason or breakdown of payments. I perceived the bill as "JUST PAY and you DON'T NEED TO KNOW WHY". The bill was not even for me, it was my wife, but addressed to me?, and it didn't even have a date of service, patient name, code, description. Basically, it stated "Balance Forward". On the bottom is showed 30 days, but the statement date was 8 days ago. This type of billing practice is not acceptable to me. It's not a secret that the prices are high. I do feel they quote you lower prices in order to get your business or there quoting system needs adjustment. I will say that the people and service is good, but is this a case of you get what you pay for? Are we paying for the cool TV/radio? I ask, could you get a quality composite two post filling at another reputable office for $210, which is what the insurance paid the office? This office charges a lot more than $210.00. I like to be quoted, then have a choice to not accept or accept and get the work done with no fuss, pay my deductible, shake hands and see you next time. I understand getting firm quotes from insurance is not always possible, but this is not the 1st time that this has happened to us, so I feel this is a marketing and sales technique. Once again, the staff and service is good, but I don't like the higher pricelist they offer. Is anyone else concerned with the lowball quotes and higher prices? read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST UNLESS YOU WANT A SURPRISE $1000 bill in the mail. I have never in my life been to a dentist who tells you everything is covered and months later tries to hit you with a $1000.00 bill stating its only a courtesy service they provide in calling your insurance...what??? thats your business....getting paid by providers. They should be experts at this and the amount of the remaining balance was just ridiculous when I was previously told everything was covered. According to my insurance (large company) they submitted their bill after the deadline and many of the services were deemed unnecessary which is why they didn't get paid. I had a crown placed over a tooth with a cavity ...I will say cosmetically it looked awesome but 10 months later im back in pain - so even after all of the nonsense they put me through with the billing - I have to go to another dentist to fix whatever they did.... I feel like I have been robbed!! read more
