In short, another contractor has been in default of my contract with him and has not delivered on a very large and expensive project. Despite my calling him totally unsolicited on a Friday evening, Jason talked with me for nearly a half hour about the multitude of options available to me to protect myself against this contractor, how to press him into action, how to ensure he gets the work done, and much more.
