    A big burrito.

A quick turn into the drive thru at Lorena's Mexican Food for lunch. The lovely missus actually had breakfast in mind and orders a Bacon filled breakfast burrito. It is definitely a big size filled with the goodness of eggs and bacon. My order is for the oversize Bean and Cheese burrito. Mild red chili sauce is our choice for a salsa. Service with a smile at the pick up window. A really big and happy lunch today from the Mexican grill of Lorena's.

Was craving chicken taquitos and this was the fix I was looking for. Taquitos were crispy and thankfully not over done. The chicken had good flavor and the guac was solid. Pro tip: get the green salsa, good flavor with a slight creaminess and kick to it!

Ended up getting 4 enchiladas (2 chicken, 2 beef). Tastes like enchilada sauce from a tin

Honestly, I've always wanted to try this place because I always pass by their bright yellow sign. A couple nights ago, I decided to pull the trigger. I got out of the car to order and online it said they close at 10:00pm but they actually close at 9:30...we got there around 8:20-8:30 and they were already cleaning and wrapping up. We ordered a mar y tierra burrito, 2 chicken enchiladas, 2 beef enchiladas, and a horchata. Total came out to be around $33-34. A little steep for what it was, but I wanted to try. Burrito: I guess I can't exactly blame the establishment entirely since we got there closer to closing but the burrito was one of the greasiest I've had in a very long time. Just holding the burrito and biting into it there was grease and oil spilling out. I knew that this one would wreck my bowels but I finished it for the Yelp review. Enchiladas: they were...okay. The sauce had an odd bitterness to it. Tasted like the enchilada sauce you get from the can. You can definitely taste a bit of that metal. Horchata: it was good. It's horchata. It's hard to mess up. The service: the lady who took our order was sweet but she almost forgot our horchata and I had to remind her a couple times. I also asked her for both red and green sauce on the enchilada and she acknowledged my order but I ended up receiving just the red sauce. If this was a late night spot, I wouldn't be mad. If I was coming back from a night of drinking and this was open at 1-2am, I would wolf down all of this no problem. But they close at 9:30pm and their food is leaves a lot to be desired so I don't think I'd come back, especially since there are better spots to get Mexican food that close around the same time. Tl;dr Not the cheapest, not the tastiest, you can do better.

Got the Al pastor super nachos and carne Asada super fries. They were yummy! Nachos were NOT stale and everything was seasoned beautifully. I do wish the size was larger hence my $1.50 large upgrade. Overall would get this again. Hopefully they are consistent tho!

Wtf. Worst carne asada burrito ever. Kept on taking bothering for some red meat. Finally I decided to unravel it to see what was going on. This is it not how you make a burrito

Monday special $12 for 2 birria taco plate w/ can soda. Lotsa meat and really liked the rice. Red salsa was quite spicy. Only outdoor seating, easy parking, restroom available.

Food is overpriced, they up charge to use debit and they made me wait to just take my order. Got Mar y Tiera burrito and the burrito was soggy and ripped apart. Flavor was okay but not worth the price. Go to Del Taco down the street

    Adobada burrito. Good flavor.

This review is long overdue. I have been coming here since they opened a year ago. I don't live in…read morethe area but anytime I'm close by, I make a point of stopping by. It is THAT GOOD and worth it. Here's why: Pros: - The pizza! The variety of pizzas, crust styles and toppings. There's something for everyone. You can buy by the slice or a whole pie. You know how pizza sits in the display case and you get the dried out, hours-old slice? Not here. Every slice is fresh, chock full of toppings and flavor. My fav is the fig one (fun fact: each SH has a signature pie and this one is theirs!). My husband loves the pepperoni on Grandma style crust. Their variety of choices elevates pizza to the next level. -Not feeling like having pizza? No problem! They have amazing salads, subs, sides and pasta! Their vodka sauce is out of the world and the fresh meatballs taste like they're handmade by some sweet Italian grandmother. The garlic bread is "bomb", according to my teens. -The staff: always greeted with a smile and great energy. Efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. - The restaurant: always clean, plenty of tables and seating, and multiple TVs. Perfect spot for a date, family dinner or team celebration after a game. They have patio seating too for those that prefer outdoors. - Prices: This place won't gouge your pocketbook. In this economy, I appreciate the meal deals and getting the quality I pay for. Their portions are big enough to share and there's something for everyone at difference price points. Cons: - Parking can be challenging during busy times. They share the parking lot with a big center but fortunately, SH is on the corner and you're not having to fight all the people in the center of the lot. Honestly, that's the only con I can think of. I wish I lived closer but that's not their fault lol. Please give them a try if you've never been. This is not your average neighborhood pizza joint. You won't be disappointed!
