Well if you get the time, you should stop and check them out. The Brazos Valley Cheese store is located at the Homestead Craft Village. It's a cute little place with all kinds of shops and BBQ. The cheese shop has lots of cheese samples and meats for making a charcuterie board. There are also crackers, fresh baguettes and more. The ladies at the cheese shop were very helpful and had all kinds of insights into the cheeses. Overall a great stop and the cheese was wonderful... it will make a nice addition to a wine country weekend!

I was concerned that it was barely had any frosting on top but it was perfect! I wasn't a fan of the jalapeño sausage but I did like the original plain. Maybe just too much bread for my liking.
