He asked my boyfriend for his ID so he could do the test drive when I was the one driving. We tried to negotiate the price of a used car with the sales rep. The car was previously an evo which was not disclosed in the ad and Sebastian had no pictures from when the car was put on aution due to an accident. We tried to negotiate the price of the car and asked if he would speak with his manager to even consider our offer since the car has been on the lot for more than a month. The sales rep refused to even go speak to his manager. He even encouraged us to buy from a different dealership entirely because it was a better price. After further discussion, he said he had someone coming on Friday that he was sure was serious and would buy - he emphasized that was because the person interested is a woman. My partner and I left at this point, beyond annoyed that the sales rep refused to even speak with his manager and the blatant sexism.

My main complaint is that their parking lot is too small. Most of the lot is taken by vehicles being serviced, so if you want to buy parts, you have to double park if you're unlucky. As with any MB location, service is prompt and excellent. They really do make you feel somewhat special and appreciated. Which is good, because then they also rip you off completely with overpriced parts and service. Because of this, I always make a point to drink a coffee from their machine. This little guy is really something special, and they have the same machine at all the dealerships as well. Makes me glad I paid a premium for my car. Hello vanilla hazelnut cappuccino.
