Always gets our locks and doors fixed while being very pleasant. He also comes on rather short notice and is reasonably priced.

Dan is the man! Picture this. Your teenage daughter has carelessly snapped off the key in the lock on our door panels of our RV, 1500 miles from home. It's a Saturday. Everyone is closed, very expensive or not very accommodating or capable. I luckily found Dan's number on Yelp and he was so helpful, accessible, friendly and reasonable, running his business from his home. He got us out of what could have been a very unfortunate jam as we couldn't access our food, clothes and supplies that were still locked up in our RV. Thank you Dan!! HIGHLY recommend. read more

Locked myself out of my apartment on Friday of Memorial Day Weekend at 5pm and everyone with a spare was out of town, including the apartment manager. She said she might be back in about 5hours‍ or else she could ask Dan from Lord & Jackson. I opted for this instead of waiting. Even though Dan was ready to go out for a dinner he was at my place in minutes. Turned out my lock was pretty "safe from thieves" (hard to get open) Dan managed to get the job done and charged way less than expected. Thank you ever so much! Will definitely keep your # handy from now on! read more

I got locked out of my apartment. They answered the phone quickly and gathered the details without any unnecessary hoops to jump through. Arrived in well within the estimated arrival time (Less than 20 minutes in my case). Friendly and professional. Got us back into our apartment within a matter of minutes. I highly recommend them for locksmith services. read more

I was really happy with the service I received when replacing the locks in my new house. The worker was very friendly and efficient. My new locks look and work great. Thank you! read more

I called Lord & Jackson's to see how much it would cost out of my own pocket to help out a family in crisis who had locked their keys in their van (in which they were living for the next 2 nights until they were approved for housing placement). The man I talked to said that he would do it for free to help them out. Mind you, it was 11:30pm on a Tuesday... What an amazing man working for an amazing company. I will for sure use this company in the future for any of my lock and key needs! read more

I called Dan to help with a lock for which I lost the key. He was absolutely the best person to call. The lock gave him a hard time, but he was so tenacious it was impressive. In fact, I heard him answer his phone a few times while working on it, turning down jobs and referring other locksmiths since he was unavailable. He is a hard working man, with a determination to solve the problem and not quit until it's done. I highly recommend Lord and Jackson. You cannot go wrong using their service; Professional, kind, and they (Dan) go above and beyond the call of duty. I will call Dan for all future locksmith needs! You should too!! read more

Five stars are not enough for these guys! Showed up within 20 mins, had me back into my place in about a min, and to top it off extremely kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Lord & Jackson! read more

I have never locked myself out of my house before and when I did it was midnight on a Saturday night. The man was at my place in 15 minutes and let me in in under a minute. He was very nice. It was expensive, but it was really off hours. The following night I go to unlock my door with the key and the key wouldn't work. I called again and two men came this time. They let me in and took apart my locks and explained to what they thought was happening. Both of the men were very nice and understanding of the situation I was in. If I somehow get locked out again I will defiantly call Lord and Jackson. read more
