The next communication that I received regarding this matter was a very harshly written letter from a debt collector. i contacted Fine Fabric Care and they have refused to recall the debt! it is also possible that I had paid it in cash. The original letter that had prompted me to call them even mentioned they were unsure if I had paid as their previous secretary hadn't always marked accounts as paid. Even so, I was willing to pay the amount, then pursue them for double-dipping, as it appears likely that they have done so. trust these liars at your own peril

He is trying to rip me off for $100k (and there IS a lawsuit). He did not know how to put in the foundation. Had no idea how to do the plumbing. Would show up at 10 AM or later. Take frequent 3 to 4 day weekends. Kept extending the time he said the job would be complete. After 2 months and not so much as the foundation completed (on what he claimed was a 4 month job, What little work he did get done was so wrong it would not (and did not) pass inspection. After witnessing his horrible work and work ethic, I told him just give me back my money so I could find a contractor who would complete the work. He NEVER gave me back ANYTHING. I also found out he is not even registered (or for that matter insured) to build ANYTHING in Montana. This person IS A SCAMMER. BEWARE!! Also find it VERY strange that some unknown person raves about saying Ryan just finished her home. He CLAIMED to do a job in 4 months (look where that got me) and after 3 months, look what was accomplished. Yet this other reviewer claims he just finished the job even though it was the start of July when I was left with that mess. Hmmmm have we more scammers helping him??

Toni was probably the sixth contractor that I had called after I had found open splices and zero junction boxes throughout the structure. He was the only person I had hired throughout the entire process of purchasing a home in Montana who actually conducted a proper inspection of the property, and that includes the actual inspector I had hired to inspect the home. Toni, being a licensed electrician, not only replaced all of the electric, but also the foundation, the rotting sub-flooring, and support joists in the ceilings and floors; hired subcontractors to replace all of my illegal plumbing and illegal piping of the pellet stove; added a nice deck to the back porch; added a beautiful shower/steam room to the bathroom; and essentially turned an unlivable house into a miniature palace. Thanks to Toni, I do NOT have to worry about the house burning to the ground, the house sinking into the ground, me falling through the floors, the house flooding, the water tank shooting through the roof like a rocket, or the ceiling collapsing. Toni was also nice enough to record and document all of the work he did so that I could take the inspector and previous owners to court.
