He contacted my rental office and got a key and informed me he would be entering my home. I told him that was perfectly fine. I return home to see that he has left grease on my doorknob, tracked nasty stuff from my toilet around my bedroom and bed and put the things behind my toilet in my sink for safe keeping. He also left grease along my toilet and bathtub AND left my light on and my water dripping. Deeply upset that I have to clean up after someone that had been hired to perform a service. Do not hire from here.

Discovered that, with these old houses (over 100 years old) have old sewer pipes that cannot handle…read morethe amount of toilet paper we normally use these days. That is the reason we had a lot of clogged pipes. Poop has nothing to do with it, as Roto Rooter claimed so our management company could charge us as renters. Now, as recommended from friends back East, I throw most of my used urine toilet paper in a sealed trash bin. Haven't had a backup/clog since. Roto Rooter wasn't smart enough to figure that out. Will never use them again!

They claimed since I signed the proposal it didn't matter that they said it was suppose to be 6 to 8 hours of labor and it took less than one. So the bill for 1 hour of work and supplies was well over 1100 dollars. They laughed and thought it was funny I was upset. We literally have them on security camera and they were there for 1 hour. $860 dollars for one hour??? Good luck with the judge taking your side with our camera recordings and itemized reciept showing your thieving ways. I can't wait to go to court!

Then I was charged for a phone call telling me they could not get the parts. $191. It's funny, my father has done construction for 55 yrs. he charged for the work. Not a non-estimate or a phone. The WORK. Obviously you'd be a fool to give your money away like that. Is there a way to leave negative stars.
