I had the screwiest Fourth of July fathomable. I took my dogs for a walk on mount helena, lost one of my dogs, and when I got her back and we made it to the car, I realized I had lost my keys. So today, I grabbed my spare, changed its battery, hoofed it to my car only to find out it still wouldn't work. I called Burdick's and he showed up in a flash, and it turns out my car is dead. So, he left and went and got a charge box for my vehicle so he could proceed with reprogramming my key. Above and beyond, and the price is more than fair. I had a great experience with Burdick's Locksmith! James, the owner personally came out and gave me a free estimate on my home's surveillance system and other related projects. It was a very fair estimate and I decided to do business with them! It turns out that Burdicks Locksmith does the security, (Locks and cameras), for many if not most of Helena and the surrounding area's private and government buildings and entities, and is well established in the community. I'm a little surprised there aren't more reviews here, but then Yelp isn't that much used up here yet. I'm doing my best to change that. We had a large project here, with lots of little add ons, and James and his team handled everything on multiple visits, including surveillance, locks, keys, internet, access points, and many other small related issues. James was always professional, as well as his team. They are mostly done, but still have a few things to come back and finish, but that's because we are waiting on another company. I also hear that this year they will start doing alarm systems too, so we are excited about hiring them for that too. After he swapped out the lock, we had an issue with the new key. He came out the very next day and changed out a part in the door that was the culprit (not the part he installed) at no charge. I locked my keys in the truck of my car. My trunk latch inside my car didn't work. I called these guys, after hours, and within 25 minutes they were at my car! Their prices are very affordable, the young man was very pleasant and very patient. He tried many ways to get into my trunk. Eventually ended up fishing the keys out of the back of my trunk with metal rod. He was amazing!
