Instead of correcting the issues I was given the run-around then communication ceased. We had to spend the next few weeks correcting the framing errors, stud spacings, and ripped out the improper subfloor section and also had to pay another framer to correct a portion of their work. To say we are disappointed is an understatement. Initial conversations led us to believe MHIP was excited to take on the work and would provide high-level craftsmanship. After voicing our concerns, it seems they decided it was more worth their time to move on to bigger and better things rather than correct their errors.
