It is used extensively and with Orion's expertise we were able to purchase our appliances etc "off the shelf" with little limitation. A few years ago we upgraded our equipment when we expanded our home. This larger home created a very complicated "need" but Orion solved it for us. If we run into questions or problems Orion has always been available and extremely responsive. I have nothing but exceptional things to say about the team at OnSite Energy. We've been in our home for just over a year now, and the system performs flawlessly. Sometimes I forget it's there until I get my electrical bill and see the big fat ZERO in the supply service charge column. To an individual, our experience with OnSite's employees has been overwhelmingly positive. In Bozeman's hectic building market, it was refreshing to interact with folks who maintained open lines of communication, were professional and respectful on the job site, and delivered what they promised on time and on budget.

    Once again PJ's plumbing came to my rescue when my furnace wasn't producing heat. It was a…read moreweekend, a cold, windy November day and I was desperate to have this situation resolved before we left town. John who was on emergency duty responded quickly and offered to provide a couple of portable heaters until they could get to me to remedy the situation! He predicted it might take until Monday before they could get to me because many people were needing assistance. But, he managed to send Brodie to our rescue on Sunday and we were so grateful to have heat again as well as peace of mind! This company has always provided reliable and professional service. They are communicative, responsive and they stand behind their work. Thank you to PJ's office staff, technicians and coordinators...... an exemplary business model!

    I called these guys for a clogged drain months ago. They showed up and couldn't clear my drain,…read moremade a mess in my cabinets over all my dishes that I couldn't wash easily since I didn't have a kitchen drain, said that due to the age of my house, they'd probably have to rework a lot of my pipes, and he thought it'd be around 1k to do so. He told me the billing office would follow up on how much the attempt would cost. I called Williams and they were able to put me on the call list if they had an opening. They came out and were awesome, cleared my drain in about 5 minutes, then looked at my pipes and said my pipes were all newer and that the guy from PJs didn't know what he was talking about, and couldn't have known that without looking under my home. I called and talked to the front desk gal at PJs to let them know that I wouldn't need the second visit and to question my bill. No callback. A bill showed up 2 months later, so I called again, because I was overcharged on time, and I thought I should get a discount since the second plumber had no issues clearing the drain with the small snake and said I was given false information. They took another message. She did talk to the plumber to see what he said (he wasn't sure why the other guy cleared it so easily) and called me back herself, but I said I still wanted to see if there was anything I could do about my bill, so she took another message. 3-4 months later, I got a certified letter that I was sent to collections. I called them again immediately, getting someone different, and explained what had happened and that I was upset, and she took a message. I called the collections company and explained. Collections called me back and said that Brittany and Mandy at PJs called them today after they took my message and told them (collections) that if I didn't pay today, they were going to sue me for the $210 dollars I owed. I ended up settling with collections, for a discount (close to what I should have paid for the travel time to my place+ time spent there), but I'm pretty upset how this was handled. Horrible customer service for the manager to never return my calls, and to threaten me over a couple hundred dollars. All I wanted was a fair bill.

    I was so excited to book with Bonafide to do our wedding video. We are an out of state couple and…read moreonly had two things that were important to us: the photos and the video. When we booked with Bonafide, we were pumped. Despite some miscommunication of when they would arrive there resulting in me crying and panicking, they were wonderful videographers, very kind to our guests and so fun. All the worry of the day were forgotten. After our wedding...nothing. I have heard almost nothing from them. At the 2 month mark, I checked in and they said they were "starting to work on their June weddings" (we got married June 29) and they "should be complete in 1.5-2 months". That time period came and went with no communication or update. When I reached out again, I had to consult a family lawyer before I could even get a response. The response I got did not include an apology or acknowledgement of a delay of any kind. It said that we would receive our videos on December 10th. It is now December 26th and we have received nothing and have not gotten any type of acknowledgement. I am tremendously disappointed and have reached out to them for a final time before our lawyer begins to take the steps to file a lawsuit in civil court.
