Fire put out, breaker switch located and off. We can not emphasize enough after that experience, having a complete home "electrical" inspection is crucial. Ten minutes later he called back and told me he was sending out Matt Odlum. Matt arrived about 15 minutes later, and figured out quickly that the problem wasn't in our house at all, but with the power coming into the house. So he called up Northwestern Energy and explained the problem to them, and got them to come to my house like, 20 minutes later. Later in the day, James called again as a follow-up, to see if everything got sorted out, or if he could do anything else for me. So if you need a reliable company that will help you quickly, I do recommend A-1 Electrical!

I refuse to call these scammers back & as a disabled person on fixed income I can't afford to get it fixed anywhere else. I have had no heat & no hot water for a year and a half now, with no hope in sight. I'd also like to add that the work was sloppy as it gets. They left trash all over my basement. Things like the metal plugs that need popped out & washers they just didn't use & even a loose nut that goes to who knows what. SCAMMERS.
