When they put sod in my yard, the guy installing it said "I don't know why they gave me this pallet. It looks really old?" Sure enough that sod was junk. The yard never took they would never come back and fix anything. I called and left messages with a women who was their office manager 20+ times I would never get a return call, the only time she would answer the phone is when I would block my phone number. In the last three years every time I would get a hold of someone or find them in their trucks around town. There was always new manager. New employees new owner, and tons of excuses! This business is a disaster. Stay away from it.

I called up A-1 Electrical, and James Pitsenberger picked right up. I explained my problem and he told me he would see if he had somebody available, since this was an emergency. Ten minutes later he called back and told me he was sending out Matt Odlum. Matt arrived about 15 minutes later, and figured out quickly that the problem wasn't in our house at all, but with the power coming into the house. So he called up Northwestern Energy and explained the problem to them, and got them to come to my house like, 20 minutes later. Later in the day, James called again as a follow-up, to see if everything got sorted out, or if he could do anything else for me. So if you need a reliable company that will help you quickly, I do recommend A-1 Electrical!
