The purpose of these reviews are to help us with our due diligence correct? Anyway, my job was an easy removal of the old heater with an install of the new one in the same location. The technician was efficient and got the job finished in 1 hour and 25 minutes. On the bill that was sent to me, I was charged for 2 hours. When I went to discuss this with them, the front counter person said that they bill time when leaving the shop. Don't know if all service companies in Bozeman do this, but this is where reviews can inform. So I let this person know that I was 5 minutes away. That would make the total job time 1 1/2 hours. It was then stated that this was close enough to 2 hours and that the job was completed quicker than some other installations they have completed. Does that matter for billing? I was thinking it would nice to have a business where one can bill 9 or 10 hours in an 8 hour day. So this review is for those who are shopping companies performance and their billing practices.
