I am sure the actual electricians are a dream.. but their office staff is horrible. I called and arranged for minor electrical maintenance at a rental property. They kindly offered to coordinate with my renters to arrange a time to meet at the property. (note I have VERY responsible renters-- they are not the college kid type and have previously had no issues meeting with maintenance folks) They called once, left a message for the renters and arranged to meet at 2 pm -- they never showed, never called the renters or myself. Then they called the renters again, the renters did not answer immediately (they were at work), so they called me, the owner, and set up to meet in the morning later in the week(they told me between 8:30 and 9ish) I happily agreed to meet them then. I then called a few days later to confirm the appointment because it required me taking time off of work to meet them, I left a message with someone in the office who promised to call me back in 30 min with a confirmation- no one called. I then decided that this meant that we were confirmed so I was at the property from 8:30 to 9:45 and no one showed, no one called. I then called the office staff and asked what had happened and they told me they didn't know and wanted to reschedule. I told them "no because they had been such a mess" the office lady responded " we are not the mess you and your renters are" and hung up on me.
From the other reviews on here, it sounds like the actual electricians are great people. but in all honesty, i will never call them again after being hung up on and being called a mess by their office staff. I really hope the owner either hires new staff or trains their current staff on better customer service. My experience was horrible. read more
