I was having trouble finding lightbulbs to work in the dining room light. They looked up my account and were able to find lightbulbs that work perfect for our light. Lesson learned - sometimes you just to buy from the professionals. I now have a supply of bulbs that I do not know if I will be able to ever use. One more thing and I will be done - they told me if they don't work to please bring them back. Thank you, my lights are shining bright again!

Was never told at the time to sign anything when they were dropped off. We live out of town. Does not pass the " Common sense test " ! Why would we dropped it off for repairman Bill to repair. He left one message to come in and sign the paper work. One month later he called back and said come pick up the lights. Off course the were not down. He lied and said he called numerous times and left messages. I would never recommend taking anything to get repaired by a man that lies. When I picked them up, he just had a smug smile on his face like take that you poor customer. Take your business somewhere else, will never go back and would never consider their business to anyone repairing, purchasing, or giving any business to them again.

We got bumped up in countertop installation which put us in hot water to get a sink in just under 2…read moreweeks. We came in at end of day and was lucky enough to have Molly help us out. She worked with us to help narrow down what was available and align that with exactly what we wanted. End result, she got the sink to us super fast and with more than enough time to spare before our install. Not to mention, it looks great. The staff out in four corners were also real easy to talk to and work with. Will be coming back soon to discuss our bathroom remodel. Oh and the sink turned out amazing.

Although they were fully paid, we STILL haven't received our dishwasher. They have made three different delivery attempts - they delivered the wrong color twice, and the door was bent and broken on the third attempt. Despite the issue with the dishwasher, the real issue is the horrid customer service. They say they will call you back in 10 minutes, but then they don't call at all. They just don't care about their customers, and it shows.
