Matt arrived about 15 minutes later, and figured out quickly that the problem wasn't in our house at all, but with the power coming into the house. So he called up Northwestern Energy and explained the problem to them, and got them to come to my house like, 20 minutes later. Later in the day, James called again as a follow-up, to see if everything got sorted out, or if he could do anything else for me. So if you need a reliable company that will help you quickly, I do recommend A-1 Electrical!
