So today, I grabbed my spare, changed its battery, hoofed it to my car only to find out it still wouldn't work. I called Burdick's and he showed up in a flash, and it turns out my car is dead. So, he left and went and got a charge box for my vehicle so he could proceed with reprogramming my key. Above and beyond, and the price is more than fair. It was a very fair estimate and I decided to do business with them! It turns out that Burdicks Locksmith does the security, (Locks and cameras), for many if not most of Helena and the surrounding area's private and government buildings and entities, and is well established in the community. I'm a little surprised there aren't more reviews here, but then Yelp isn't that much used up here yet. I'm doing my best to change that. We had a large project here, with lots of little add ons, and James and his team handled everything on multiple visits, including surveillance, locks, keys, internet, access points, and many other small related issues. James was always professional, as well as his team. They are mostly done, but still have a few things to come back and finish, but that's because we are waiting on another company. I also hear that this year they will start doing alarm systems too, so we are excited about hiring them for that too. I highly recommend James and his team at Burdick's, for all your home or business security needs!

My hat's off to Bruce and his good work ethics and business. My wife who was home trying to get to work called several different Bozeman Business's that claimed to be Emergency Locksmiths, 24 hour response etc. and none of them answered or even called back for that matter. So when she got to Bruce's website and called him before his shop opened he came right out and opened the door for her. While leaving and squaring up payment he advised that AAA might reimburse us for the payment, and sure enough he was right! My only regret is there was no cash on hand to tip Bruce.
