BIGGEST MISTAKE you can make is to hire this person. (If I were able to give him a negative star rating I would). He has NO idea what he is doing. He is trying to rip me off for $100k (and there IS a lawsuit). He did not know how to put in the foundation. Had no idea how to do the plumbing. Would show up at 10 AM or later. Take frequent 3 to 4 day weekends. Kept extending the time he said the job would be complete. After 2 months and not so much as the foundation completed (on what he claimed was a 4 month job, What little work he did get done was so wrong it would not (and did not) pass inspection. After witnessing his horrible work and work ethic, I told him just give me back my money so I could find a contractor who would complete the work. He NEVER gave me back ANYTHING. I also found out he is not even registered (or for that matter insured) to build ANYTHING in Montana. This person IS A SCAMMER. BEWARE!! Also find it VERY strange that some unknown person raves about saying Ryan just finished her home. He CLAIMED to do a job in 4 months (look where that got me) and after 3 months, look what was accomplished.
