Dave our driver was there close to the time they said he would be and both he and the dispatcher Ryan were very reassuring and had great communication with us. Dave took great care in hooking up our large Ram 2500 and you could tell he knew what he was doing and had done it many times before. They towed his car a few miles across Missoula and charged him $225...they said it is their standard rate when the police call it in. This was mid-morning on a weekday...normal business hours. For them to jack the rate up from the normal $80 to $225 is highway robbery...even our insurance agent said they had never seen anything like it. Spalding would have towed it 180 miles to Spokane for $200...how can they justify $225 for a few miles across town.
