I didn't have enough service to make a call, but Nicole hung in there and texted with me for hours trying to coordinate. Our insurance company dispatched another tow company, that ended up backing out after hours. Nicole was there the whole time to make sure i got out safe. She even messaged with my wife (wasn't with me) to make her know it was being taken care of. Whole thing took nearly 12 hours and Nicole was a rockstar the entire time. Trust this company to get it done!

I then called montana towing out of drummond montana. Immediately I was greeted with courtesy, respect, and quick response. The willingness to take care of this and to work with me was second to none. Collin made sure the vehicle was taken care of and I was safe before even worrying about the rest. The price was def better than anywhere else as it didn't seem that money was their number 1 priority. Helping people def is. I recommend this company over any company out there. They set the bar extremely high when it comes to customer service, safety, and general concern for people. Thank you guys for nothing short of perfection. I will never use another company except you.. from the bottom of my heart I thank you. Sincerely, Doug Gursky , a more than satisfied customer..

They didn't even bother calling me to confirm that I knew this person. I called around to other companies, just seeing how they'd manage a situation like this... Each company told me that they'd NEVER allow another individual (other than the owner, with proof of ID) to gain access to a car on their lot without written (even notarized) consent. Drivers were helpful/professional in my experience, but I'd never trust my vehicle to these people (especially if it's going to their lot or you're having to deal with their office staff). I'm telling you, avoid them at all costs. Something is not right with the way this business is being run.

Brown's responded to our request for tow via the state police, and showed up with an old 1990's era…read morechevy pickup with a wheezy transmission and a rusty winch and pole on the back. They attempted to tow us out of the snow, but because of ineptitude and/or elderly/useless equipment, they promptly threw our rig into the ditch, where they did about $3000 worth of damage to it. Needless to say, they couldn't tow us, but are trying to charge us nearly $1000 for the non-tow, complete with threats of "theft of service" and criminal charges if we don't pay. The screaming, expletive laden phone calls from them have been fun too. We are fighting it and our insurance company is suing them. Also, the MT DoJ Consumer Protection division is involved. Non-service, non-responsibility, aggressive, in your face communication... my advice is to avoid these extortion queens like the plague. Iron Horse Towing later retrieved our truck, for less money than Brown's is trying to extort out of us, and did a great job. Go to Iron Horse for your towing needs. Avoid Brown's at all costs.

I had bought tires at Pomp's which came with free tire rotations. Tire installation and my first…read morerotation went on with no problems. I went today to get another rotation and oil change. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle after being there for over 6 hours, I was informed they were unable to rotate my tires because one of my lug nuts was stripped out. The receptionist guy said they were a weird lug nut and that I should replace them (which they could do if I made another appointment and paid them over $100). When I questioned him as to how this was possible considering Pomp's workers had been the one's who had taken the lug nuts off the previous 2 times, he became very angry. He yelled at me, saying it was a worn out lug nut and an issue with the type of lug nut and not the work done by the crew. My argument was that lug nuts dont just wear out in such a way that they strip themselves out. Again he became irate and yelled at me. At that point I finished paying my bill and left the store. I will never go back even though I'm owed free rotations for another few years, and on top of that, now I have to pay to get the lug nut they stripped fixed by another tire shop. If I could give zero stars for this review, I would.

I ordered four tires through USAA's program with Goodyear, and the only tire shop set up in their…read moresystem is Pomp's. My son brought his Chevy Blazer in for the new tires, and we also added an alignment service. After putting the vehicle up on the rack, the service tech told us he needed a new Pitman arm and various other parts they recognized as "not brand new." Since the vehicle had been serviced TWO DAYS prior, with the Pitman arm rated a 2/10, meaning it wasn't anywhere near the end of life, we argued that it absolutely didn't need one and to proceed with the service. They refused to do the alignment if we didn't allow them the $700 repair first. My son took the car back to the original service center, who verified the vehicle needed NO other repairs and that the Pitman arm was absolutely fine. Clearly, this is a shakedown at Pomp's for money on unnecessary repairs. I'm not sure if they don't make enough money on the tires through the USAA Goodyear program, but they were also getting an alignment service out of us. Not anymore. We're taking the vehicle ANYWHERE but Pomp's for an alignment. I'll be letting USAA know that Pomp's is unqualified to partner with them for their Goodyear program. USAA is a bank and an insurance company for military members and their families. Pomps ought to be ashamed of themselves for trying to take advantage of ANYONE, let alone the military and their family members & retirees. 0/10. Do NOT recommend.
