When I told David my predicament, when David came to tow it to the dealership about an hour away, he said I got you covered. My predicament was that was out of essential groceries including TP and I had absolutely no transportation. There are no rentals available anywhere around here. David, at no charge, told me to come along then after delivering the truck drove me in his wrecker to do all my errands. David is an asset to the community of Drummond MT and they should be proud of him.

I told him I was gonna call around to see if I could get a truck for Saturday. At that time I told him I didn't want to cancel yet so I could call around. He told me "too bad and he canceled the reservation". His reason? Because he claims I got upset when he told me no. I once again told him I didn't want to cancel the reservation and again told me he did because he didn't want to rent to me if I got upset about it being unavailable for Saturday. He then hung up on me. I have tried calling back twice and no answer. So now I'm waiting for a supervisor for corporate. I'm scheduled to move and he pulled the moving truck out from under me. I will never ever ever use them again. Including all the other services they offer day.
