Dr. Simmons is the best chiropractor I have ever been to--ever!…read more From my initial call with Cole, to my check-in at the practice, to the incredibly comprehensive assessment with Dr. Simmons, the entire experience was outstanding. Dr. Simmons took the time to explain each adjustment as he performed it and then conducted follow-up assessments to evaluate the results--all within the hour. I have never experienced this level of thoroughness from a chiropractor. I will be visiting Sacramento every other month, and whenever I return, I absolutely plan to visit Oak Point. Sincere, compassionate, professional, and incredibly comprehensive. Dr. Simmons is an outstanding chiropractor. Thank you so much, Dr. Steve and Cole!

I started training but hurt my back after a few weeks and could barely walk much less run. But Dr Steve came to the rescue. After a while I started jogging again and gradually rebuilt distance - thanks to the periodic adjustments and stretching suggestions from I received along the way from Dr. Steve. I completed the run 2 weeks before the Big 7-0, and there is no way I could have done it without Dr. Steve keeping me pieced together. I have seen a number of chiropractors from time to time throughout my adult life, and Dr Steve is hands down the best I've ever received care from. I don't say this lightly: Dr. Steve is an excellent chiropractor.

I too was desperate and signed up for a six month "Neuropathy Program" for $4800. I was led to believe that this would be six months and include both treatment and supplements. I ran out of supplements after 60 days and was told I had to pay over $200+ for the next 60 days. When I questioned the "neuropathy program" they were unable to tell what it entailed. After finally figuring out that it was approximately 30 visits and only 60 days worth of proprietary supplements sold only to doctors. So I did the math and it turns out for the 35+\- minutes of in office treatment, EACH visit was approximately $100.+ After sharing my experience with my firefighter brother-in-law, (who deals with a lot of pain) he told me about Planet Fitness Black card that includes a spa section that has all the same Red Light Therapy, hydromassage tables, massage chairs and also hybrid red light that includes tanning. It also includes the entire use of the gym and even a trainer if you choose (I am not sure how that works since I am not using a trainer) BUT ALL FOR for $35 per MONTH, which equals about $210 for six months. (Not$4800)* *(Join Planet Fitness for just $1 down when you use my exclusive link! https://www.planetfitness.com/referrals?referralCode=Y82UM7NW.) ** As far as the supplements go, get the best B complex, magnesium and take about 2000 times the recommended daily allowance of vitamin C. BTW...So I didn't go crazy about how much I was charged by this neuropathy specialist. I am having to chalk it up to experience and the old saying is true things, "if you want it done right do it yourself" **... I am not a employee of Planet Fitness. I just think people that are in as much pain as I am need this information.

I started in mid May, 2025 and by the end of July I was down 20lbs. The program design helped me to modify my diet so that I could keep the weight off, which Ive done in the 2.5 months Ive been back to a regular diet. The ChiroThin drops even helped end a years long habit of having a beer or glass of wine (or two) most nights. At age 63, I have seen stubborn belly fat melt away, my legs regain their one shapely appearance and my face thin out to look like person I remembered myself to be. Dr. Fowers was always available and very supportive throughout the process. With her help and programs I look better, feel better physically and have improved self image and mental health. Thank you Dr. Fowers!!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and concern regarding my recent experiences at your…read moreoffice. While I sought chiropractic care to address my specific health needs, my visits left me feeling frustrated, disrespected, and dissatisfied with the overall service and communication. First, I was uncomfortable with repeated mentions of Christianity during the visit. While I understand and respect individual beliefs, such discussions felt unrelated to my care and out of place in a professional healthcare setting. When I expressed discomfort and asked to focus on subluxations and their physiological impacts, I was told to "respect his beliefs" and was encouraged to either discuss this further privately or seek care elsewhere. This response left me feeling unheard and dismissed as a patient. Additionally, the seminar I was required to attend included comments that I found unprofessional and inappropriate. For example, at the beginning of the seminar, Dr. C stated, "If you're looking for pain relief and a good night's sleep, you should just pop a Benadryl and go get yourself a bottle of alcohol because I'm not here just to give you a quick pop and some pain relief." While I understand the analogy, I felt it was poorly timed and set an unprofessional tone for the seminar. Following the seminar, I was placed into an individual room, where I waited for about 10 to 15 minutes without anyone coming in. This lack of attention, especially after a long day at work, added to my frustration. I arrived at 5 PM, sat through an hour-long seminar until 6 PM, and then waited without receiving the care I came for. I also want to address a concern from the prior week: despite having paid for three chiropractic adjustments, I only received two. One of the adjustments was supposed to be included with the consultation and seminar I attended, but I did not receive it. This discrepancy left me feeling dissatisfied with the scheduling and communication regarding services. Furthermore, during my previous two appointments, the doctor was consistently late by 5 to 10 minutes despite my appointments being scheduled for specific times. While I understand occasional delays, this consistent lateness felt disrespectful of my time. I am providing this feedback with the hope that it can help improve your practice and patient care. I value chiropractic care and believe it plays an important role in health, but I felt my experience fell short of professional expectations.
