It took forever, and once we were in the process I couldn't wait till it was over. It felt like the Three Stooges were sent to do the work. The painting had to be redone several times -- their "team" clearly had no idea what they were doing. We had to have them rebuild the door at least twice, because the quality was truly subpar. Six months later, the door is already showing age (see photo). They were careless with the space (inside the patio, and in the surrounding garden). They never cleaned up after themselves. I had to entirely cut back one of the plants behind the patio because it was so badly broken. I'd find nails and debris around outside that I would have to throw away; they brought plastic, but barely covered our patio furniture (so I did that myself); and they broke one of our side tables. Attention to detail was absent -- I've attached photos of just SOME of the trim corners that do not match up -- there are gaps instead. Chad and his son Adam were nice enough, but we were paying for something that should've looked excellent in the end. It looks OKAY (if you don't really look at the details), and it was no fun getting there. I would absolutely suggest using a different contractor.

So the idea was to put a covered deck disconnected from our house adding space to our pool area. Magan presented a design plan that blew us away. We ended up going with 99% of her plan and wow are we happy. By the time we finished our new deck with the new composite decking, we were looking at the deck connected with our house and it looked shabby by comparison. I contacted Archadeck about pulling the boards from our old deck and wrapping with matching composite. Long story short, they pulled out all the stops and got them both done at the same time. The decks are beautiful and we are looking forward to years of enjoyment. Good work is not easy to come by or cheap but it is so nice that someone out there still gets it!

I called customer service and was told, in writing, that although those 2 items that broke on my machine were a defect for that series 2300, and that they cannot send me anything but the same model as that is company policy whether the product was defective or not. So, my model 2300 is defective, and they are sending me a new model 2300 although they know it is defective. Don't think I will be purchasing a new product from this company because of the company policies. Unbelievable.

I just think they were very busy at the beginning, but my texts and phone calls now are usually returned the same day. The quality of work is excellent. They fixed problems left behind by others, and pointed out great suggestions for making the area more user friendly. They are a little pricier than others, but you definitely get what you pay for, and in my case, trying to go cheaper with a lessor company just ended up costing me more in the end. Use these guys and do it right the first time.
