Regarding his patio installation: he never removed the old porch he charged me to remove, as such the grade was above my house grade. He refused to correct the issue. I paid someone else to remove and replace his entire work later.

Scheduling with Guardian was easy. Sales person - Brent was also very easy to work with and was very knowledgeable about their product/service. Guardian install crews are booked months in advance so we had to wait looking at our "rock solid" floor that was professionally screwed up for a while... The transformation is out of this world. We love the space now. All was done in a matter of 8 hours and we can start moving stuff in the next day!!! Pictures are worth a 1000 words though. Thank you Mike and Bryan for a stellar install!!!

The issue was as simple as replacing the battery for the box. Neither one of us had the correct batteries - he took it upon himself to go to the closest gas station to purchase the batteries. He may have been gone 10mins - came back, replaced the batteries and the bonus was the great conversation that came with it. EXCELLENT customer service - this is what going above and beyond looks like. If I could rate Sweeps and Ladder higher than a 10 I would!
