JG was prompt on getting back to us right away with an estimate. We then spoke to Amanda who helped us figure what we needed and book us a time and day. The owner Jimmy arrived with Oscar to take care of us that day. They gave us a text about a 1/2 hr before that they were in route. Jimmy was very friendly and explained everything as he was working, showing us videos of the inside of the vents as he started cleaning them. They worked promptly to look around the house to start working. They first covered all the vents and brought in their equipment. Each Individual vent was cleaned. Th package included the dryer vent and furnace but we paid extra to get the bathroom fan cleaned inside and thru the outside. They cleaned up and were done in about 1.5 hrs for our 2600'sq ft house. I would definitely recommend them for any duct work you have. They were very prompt, professional and have great customer service!

We were experiencing very poor air quality in the home, which felt stuffy and heavy. We had to…read moreconstantly replace air filters and frequently encountered dust on items. We looked around and read many reviews. We decided to contact Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning. They did not answer the phone right away but I received a call very quickly. I explained the situation and how we have some allergies, and they took the time to listen and go over all the details. They then recommended Steve who is the go-to guy when it comes to allergies as well as other things related. We set up an appointment with Steve, and Steve arrived early. He set up his equipment and was very mindful about making a mess as well as getting things dirty and wet. He took his time to explain as well as show me what was going on and answer all my questions. Because of allergies Steve took his time and made sure each vent was cleaned as best as possible. The things I saw in the ductwork were scary, which had built up over the years of this property. After he was done, we swapped the air filter and within 20 minutes of running, I could smell the difference in the air. The air felt lighter and did not have a heavy feel. Also, my air purifiers were not reading off the charts anymore. Steve did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him as well as Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning. I ended up getting their Ultimate cleaning or whatever the highest one was, and compared to other places, it was cheap. The price you pay for what you get is a bargain. It ended up being $541.00 with tax and worth every penny.

BEWARE: Independent contractors are used by this company who carry their own insurance. I had an…read moreunfortunate situation where a furnace drain hose was bumped out of place by one of this company's independent contractors causing a leak in my ceiling weeks before my house was to close to a new owner. My claim was declined. The insurance company required unrealistic things like a photo of the space prior to incident showing the hose in place. Who takes pictures of their furnace? This resulted in a costly last-minute repair to my ceiling. Essentially this means that you are at the mercy of a potential crappy insurance policy carried by the contractor and that the owner takes no personal responsibility for potential damage.

We were way overdue to have our dryer vent cleaned out. Dust Doctors were very professional,…read morecourteous, and considerate. They really went above and beyond. Extremely happy with the experience. We purchased a new dryer in late December. Dust Doctors had cleaned out the duct just prior to our replacement of the dryer, as we were trying to be more attentive to maintenance with our new equipment. The gentleman told us they had cleared out a tremendous amount of lint. But because of the winter season, they could only approach our vent from behind the dryer. They could not approach from our roof vent during the winter. Very understandable policy. But the new dryer continued to give us a code suggesting there was obstruction in the vent after the work was completed. I contacted the company and they responded very quickly. Then they came out the very next day after our phone conversation to reassess their work. Fortunately because of the lack of snow, the roof was dry. Without us asking (knowing their policy) they went above and beyond (literally) and went up on our high roof and discovered the source of obstruction at the exiting vent on our roof. Cleaned it out and it has been doing great since. No Code suggesting any concerns with the vent since. They did not even charge us extra for the second visit to address our concerns. Wonderful company. Very impressed by their level of service. No pressure for up charges. Completed the job at a fair price. Highly recommend.
