They sent me a cleaning lady and she was pretty efficient with the cleaning. My mold was gone, my kitchen looked sparking clean and I said good bye to those spiders! I hate spiders. I was compensated and they were very apologetic- stuff happens, I get it! So I booked a second service, they canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment (which they'll fine you for doing). Ok, fine, we rescheduled for today. It's now close to an hour after the appointment time. No one called. No one showed up. Additionally, we have a 2500 sq ft home and they expect one person to be able to clean the entire place by themselves.
