We are not people who misplace things and had searched extensively for the items prior to assuming the cleaners. But when they're the only other people who enter your home. A police report was filed so that it would be on record. It's a really unfortunate situation, we were very much hoping to support a business with this type of model. But we ended up getting bit. Adrian, the lead, and Alfonso, arrived a couple of hours later than we expected due to a misunderstanding. They did a very good job on interior and exterior windows, and okay on the remainder of housecleaning, and they were very pleasant and respectful of our requests. All cleaning solutions and equipment are included. After they left, we noticed a few areas that were missed, but as promised, Adrian agreed to come back and complete the remaining cleaning tasks where he spent another 3 hours finishing the job, which was quite impressive. They worked diligently, have a positive attitude, and stand by their work without complaining.
