They take COVID restrictions seriously and everything was setup for appropriate blocking and social distancing. The ambiance is really pretty and I was helped the second I walked in. Lots of available parking in the lot (please note it is one way in and out around the building) and conveniently located off the first street off of 695. There is a special going on right now for an $89 full set of classic lash extensions. Tori did a wonderful job and it only took about an hour (far shorter than the last time I got a full set from another place). My massages were so rough I thought I was going to leave with bruises. i asked for the color to be matching on my fingers and toes. the polishes were taken from the same box but they are not the same color. Polish was applied so quickly hardly giving even 30 sec to dry between coats. edges of the nail have no polish on them. The surface of the nails feels rough and bubbly and when I expressed this concern, they were quickly filed over and the problem is not fixed. I went to get a pedicure this past Sunday (August 2026) and upon checking out was told the gift card was expired and they no longer use the gift card design I presented. Again, this gift card was purchased in May 2026, and if the wrong type of card was given to my mom, that is on the establishment to make good on. The right thing to do from a customer service standpoint would've been to accept the card as payment, especially as they know full well it was purchased from their salon, even if they claim there was no mistake on their part. Since I didn't think I was paying out of pocket, I treated myself to a more expensive pedicure than I would've otherwise. And to top it off, the callus treatment was mediocre at best. Extremely disappointing. I will not be back and will share my experience with anyone seeking a nail salon in the area.

Until now. I honestly didn't think these places truly existed. If I was getting married anytime soon (in the next couple years hopefully) I would 100% go here! Quinn is truly a nail artist. He showed me his portfolio of nails while working on mine and it was astonishing how good they were. A lot of nails you see in ads and online are printed and done by a machine so of course they are perfect, but Quinn is honestly able to recreate them so beautifully. If he told me he was an artist outside of this, I wouldn't be surprised. The shop was VERY cute and I was over hearing people coming in for various other services I am going to have to check out. I've never had a nail salon that I called home, but this is honestly a place worthy of that. Very understanding too. I was a walk in with random demands and concerns and everyone I spoke to was very understanding of that and helpful. For example, I said that I don't like gel because it makes my nails brittle and Quinn explained why that generally happens and how to avoid it and I ended up leaving with beautiful gel black tip designed nails. I'm obsessed with them. I've NEVER had nails this pretty. I've had plenty of very cute or fun ones but these are seriously good! And if I hadn't of done gel, they would not last long and I would be sad. I don't know why you are still reading this instead of calling or going there, you will NOT be disappointed. And if you are, just remember we're all human and we can't be perfect all the time. But I doubt that will happen. Just make sure if you see something you are not 100% happy with, just let them know!
