While I believe the therapy lessons were helping, it wasn't until my son started school here that his vocabulary and speech dramatically improved. The director, Ms. Britnee and all of his teachers have been wonderful and really care for their students. My son LOVES his teacher, Ms. Jenny and is always asking about her on his way to school. My son has learned so much just in the year he's been here and he continues to learn something new every time I pick him up from school. Thank you Brighter Beginnings :)

We did a trial and I decided to immediately remove her from their care and never look back. It's truly heartbreaking to walk into a classroom where the children are doing their Christmas performance and not see your child with the rest of the kids singing. My daughter was no where to be found in the crowd of kids and she wasn't with a teacher. I panicked and looked for her on my own.. only to find her in ALONE in the adjacent classroom walking around crying in the dark. Unacceptable and would never have my child put in this kind of situation again. This was neglectful.

They are so loving and attentive with the children. They talk to the children with kindness and respect. The facilities are clean and organized. They provide healthy snacks and a quiet, calm environment for nap/rest time. The kids get so much outdoor playtime and learn important skills, like patience and listening, during circle time. I love that they spend all their time playing and are never in front of a TV. They have music, art, water play, all the activities that you can think of! My son still talks about Miss Darlene, who is an absolute angel! We are very happy with the experience we've had at BDEL and are excited for our second child to start soon.

The teachers and staff have been like family, providing such a warm, loving, and nurturing environment where our daughters have felt safe, supported, and encouraged to grow. We are incredibly grateful for their patience, kindness, and dedication to their learning and development. PV Montessori Academy has given them so much more than an education. It has given them wonderful memories, meaningful friendships, and a strong foundation for the next chapter of their life. The genuine care and love that the teachers and staff show their students are truly special. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for taking such wonderful care of our children and for becoming such an important part of our family's journey. Ms. Nikki's Butterfly Room is a toddler's paradise - filled with endless books, crafts, and experiential toys - and her ability to provide an exciting and dynamic environment for her kids, where they can grow in confidence and ability (while still providing the safe boundaries they need!), is a testament to her calling as a teacher! Our daughter absolutely adores her, Dr. Katie, and the rest of the extended Kehillah community, all of whom contribute to the vibrant and supportive culture that is growing before our eyes. It is such a heartwarming relief as a parent to have the confidence that your child is receiving superlative care and education. At Kehillah, it really does feel like a family, and we couldn't be more thrilled or proud to be a part of it!

Since coming here, I've seen him playing and interacting with the other children, which has been wonderful to see. Ms. Kathy and her teachers take the time to explain to the children that my son is nonverbal but can still play and have fun with them. That has made such a positive difference in helping him meet his goals of opening up and engaging with others. The staff keeps parents informed throughout the day about how their child is doing, and they are always willing to work with families on individual goals, such as potty training. We've recently made great progress with my son's potty training, and I'm so grateful for their support. Most of all, everyone is welcoming, kind, and respectful to both the children and their families. I highly recommend this school to any family looking for a caring and supportive environment.

I stopped by and noticed that the kids had clearly just finished lunch their lunch pales and food were still sitting outside on the tables. I called the center using the phone located near the back window, and although it rang, no one ever answered the phone or came to the door. That's a major red flag. Imagine a parent having an emergency and not being able to get ahold of anyone inside. Situations like this matter especially when you're trusting a facility with your child's care and safety.

He is high-functioning but has difficulty communicating and expressing his needs verbally. He has also just turned 2, so he still had a lot of growth to do. I was asked whether I would be able to provide support or assistance for him while he attended. I am a working mom, they wanted me to be at the school with him which I cannot because how would I be able to afford the tuition without working. I was then told that I would receive a call back, but no one ever followed up with me after I was told on the phone I would need to assist him in the school. Although, my child has autism he is very capable. I think the word taunted the director creating a bias before even actually working with my child. The experience left me feeling that the school is not inclusive. I would recommend looking elsewhere if your child is neurodivergent or has any type of learning disability in any way. Thankfully, my child is now attending another school where he is welcomed, supported, and thriving.

Over the past 2 and half years, we have seen significant growth in her emotional and mental well being. We do not have any close family near by so initially she had a hard time warming up to the teachers/support she did not see on a normal basis. The teachers, directors and the Montessori approach made it easier for her to become the little confident person she is today in which I thank them for their care and support. Additional Notes: The school itself is located on PCH so it is a busy during rush hour. There are times that getting in and out of the school can be troublesome. However, the school itself feels secure and I didn't worry too much about her safety as there are a lot of gates. Since we have been there for a while, we have seen a few changes in staff and was questionable at times. However, the current director does her best to manage the changes and notifies the parents as soon as possible. The director and teachers are very caring and do their best to accommodate the changes as well. The school uses an app for communication about your child and it is very convenient as they update throughout the day such as meals and if they took a nap, etc. It made me feel less anxious. I do feel that they are aligning well with the academics while fully embracing the Montessori guidance. My daughter does well with independent play and loves to learn. She shows an interest in many subjects. Thank you PCMA for the good memories and we will miss you guys!

The teachers and environment at PV Hills are remarkably loving, nurturing, and dedicated to teaching children invaluable lessons in compassion, self-worth, and social-emotional intelligence. We started during COVID with my oldest daughter, who later transitioned seamlessly into private school. Thanks to PV Hills, she learned how to "make a plan" when facing big feelings and gained the confidence to advocate for herself. She frequently speaks directly with her teachers about her emotional and social needs--a skill that has benefited her in every grade since. My youngest daughter just graduated from PV Hills and started kindergarten. Throughout her time here, every single teacher truly saw her for who she is, tailoring her interests and curiosities into full-fledged classroom activities. From hands-on science to inventing at the "Innovation Station," the curriculum's emphasis on nurturing creativity and process-driven learning is unmatched. If you want your child to build empathy and deep emotional intelligence--critical skills for the future--this is the place. A special shoutout to the extraordinary teaching staff: Teacher Nada: Incredibly intuitive and compassionate. She takes the time to deeply understand each child's individual strengths and helps them gently navigate their fears. Teacher Nika: A brilliant arts and creative guide who helps children channel their unique ideas into tangible, plan-based projects. Teacher Kat: Quite literally the most patient and kind educator I've ever met. I've watched her sit with struggling children and guide them into thriving with pure love and patience.
