They looked at it and said they'd get it to me in a day or two. Never heard back on the quote. Then I hired them to come out and replace a light fixture. Once again, I asked for the same quote on the other work. They took measurements and photos. Never heard back. I contacted them asked again about the quote and they stated they needed to come out again to look at the same project. So, I let them know how unhappy I was. The owner, John, called apologizing and stating how sorry he was that I kept getting the run around. He assured me that he would not only get me the quote but a great price on the work as well. I was so happy to hear that someone finally cared. He did get me the quote and the price was good. I emailed him three times over a couple of months with no response trying to schedule the work. He finally responded via text and is refusing to do the work because "he is too busy"! This was months of time wasted on this company when there are electricians out there who actually care about customers. Avoid at all costs!

Their manager came to the site and reviewed the installation but left without any indication on what they would do. I had the valve replaced by the pool company. They have refused to pay for the valve and not come back to complete their work. In the previous three years I have used the company with bills exceeding $15,000. Maybe the change in ownership by individuals from New Zealand have changed the company.

Then installers came in and installed the stove but could not push it back to the wall. They told me the gas pipe was "in the way." I called Glen and he responded quickly, came out to the house, pulled the stove out, and determined that the gas line was NOT in the way . . . that the 220-line outlet was oriented and positioned on the wall so that the stiff appliance cord kinked against the stove and was even pulling out of the outlet when the stove was pushed back. Glen's excellent attention to detail; investigative, analysis, and problem resolution skills; his calm and professional attitude: and the thoroughness of his work inspire confidence. I will not hesitate to hire him again in the future.

Scheduling was a breeze and they arrived on time as planned. We needed some light fixtures hung and an electric vehicle charger installed. They are honest. We had wanted some can lights put in and they told us up front that since the beams in our ceiling were lined up with the existing light, the cans would be off-centered, so we opted not to do them. This was a majority of the project too. On the lights they did hang, it was efficiently done and priced well below competitors.
